I love the security entrance.

I understand things are run differently during covid so as I arrived at the Clair branch I rung the doorbell as it was suggested to receive service, the receptionist came over to the door and scolded me for apparently not ringing it. I explained that I had just rung it and then stepped away from the door, that is all I did. She continued in saying that “she didn’t hear it” and that “they are were short staffed” and I simply asked have I done something wrong? I felt very uncomfortable after being accused of something that I never did. I simply said that if she didn’t have the time I would attend another branch which is when she scoffed and said what can I help you with? I recognize that times are tough during covid but I did nothing to do deserve that interaction.

The wait time is far too long at this branch to complete simple transactions. It's never busy, but yet, it is common to wait 20 minutes or more just to be seen by a teller.
