Staff were doing their best given the layout of the facilities. Difficult to hear through glass. Would recommend web site provide more detail on the processes involved as it relates to different currency denominations and amounts. On the positive side, the rates and availability is better than banks.

The entire team at Global Currency are always so great to work with! They are extremely professional and always make sure their customers get what they need in a timely manner. They are running a world class business and it is clear how much they care. I have traveled to many countries and always use them for my currency exchange. I also introduced them to a family member who owns a business that consistently sends money overseas to pay for product from China. He has been extremely happy with the rates as well as the relationship.

Rather annoyed. Went in because the website had a great currency exchange rate. When I went in they had a terrible rate and told me I must have done the sell rate on their site. I showed them that it wasnt on my phone but I was simply offered the much lower rate. Dont like that the website so blatantly misleads about what can be offered.

As a fellow business owner, I have known Cartina and the Global Currency family for 3 years. We own and operate four US-based branded hotels under Marriott, InterContinental, and Hilton that require us to send them franchise fees in USD. Cartina and her team help me get the best USD exchange rate on the market and wire funds to anywhere in the world for a fraction of the cost of my bank. With the currency markets being so volatile these days, as their motto goes "saving money does make sense." They even deliver the USD funds to my office and pick up the CAD funds. What service!!! I used to always go to Global Currency because I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After many years, I found out that I could get have been getting a better rate from my bank, without needing to deal in cash for exchanges. Basically, with CIBC I could do exchanges at better rates electronically, while saving time and gas. Also, I have found the rates to be much better with CIBC.

In Guelph I have always found the best rate for exchanging US Dollars to Canadian at Global Currency and they are always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as the place to go for currency exchange.
