I was going to say "working with Stefanie" but I realized that we, my and my wife, haven't worked at all, Stefanie did all the work and the whole process was so easy! She hasn't asked for tons of papers and looked very confident from the second we met her. She got us approved for a second mortgage and, to top it up, 3 days before signing the papers, she called to tell us that our interest rate goes down by .1 It would have been the lowest around anyway ???? I have used a big 4 bank for my last 2 mortgages and I can whole heartedly say, those mortgage 'specialists' don't come close to Matt Albinati at the TMG. Not only did he walk me through the whole process, he worked on a Sunday in order to secure the deal or our house closing on the Monday. I guarantee you a bank employee would not even provide a number where they could be reached on the weekend. I live in Calgary (so not even the same city) and Matt came highly recommended and did he ever come through!
