Just had my first appointment with Dr. Sharma. From making the appointment to the exam everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All the eye tests I had done everything was explained. Dr. Sharma is very friendly and very knowledgeable. For many years I have had issues with allergies and Dr. Sharma came up with a plan that no other Dr's have. The Lens manager asked me questions I have never been asked before to make sure my glasses are perfect for me. I was very well taken care and I highly recommend!

Finally— an eye exam that doesn’t feel like a used car sale. I find it hard to trust optometrists when it feels like they’re just trying to make a glasses sale. Friendly and knowledgeable exam and the doctor freely gave the prescription and did not pressure us into buying glasses from their location. We ended up buying there after shopping around a bit and the eye glasses guy was very kind and helpful.

I was surprised to see a place that had 100% 5-star reviews. I mean, there's *always* "that customer," right? Now I'm not surprised. Even the most ridiculous, entitled customers should be practically purring on their way out. I got an eye exam. Last place I did that, it was a simple "what prescription is best for you" exam. These guys? They pulled out *everything.* The blood vessels in my eyes, the optic nerve, whether I'm colorblind, practically every conceivable test. And the super friendly doctor went over all of it with me! I now not only know what condition my eyes are in (to a vastly greater extent than ever before), I also know how the doctor came to that conclusion. I have a mild prescription, and the doctor didn't push me at all to get glasses for it, even though that'd make them more money. I have never felt like my eye health has been taken that seriously before in my life.

Had an outstanding experience. The doctor is very knowledgable and takes his time with the exam, explains everything in great detail. The staff is also outstanding, knowledgeable, and take their time to provide the best possible experience. The frames are fairly priced. Would definitely recommend!!!!

We followed Dr. Sharma here from another Clinic. I had lots of questions regarding the changes in my eyes and other health conditions. He took time to show me the diagnostics and images taken, and explain what would be bad if there were problems. This helped put me at ease. He is very friendly always seems to remember you, and makes every appointment personalized. If M.Ds in Grande Prairie could achieve his level of care we would have amazing healthcare! His prices look reasonable, and the frames are from popular brands. I like to buy solid and well fitted frames, rather than the cheapest ones, so I appreciate the selection. I would intentionally order any frame I find elsewhere here because I think he's such a good guy and I want to support his business.

Right from entry the folks are friendly. The preliminary exam the young lady from the front desk does is thorough. When you go in to meet and speak with Dr. Rahul Sharma you feel right at home. Nice comfy atmosphere and exceptionally thorough eye test while sharing info about your eye health with you. Great stuff. Then there is Keith the guy that sets you up with your eye wear. That man is absolutely meticulous with ensuring that you have not only the correctly adjusted glasses but also that they are what you like and stays within your budget. He even actually phoned 30 days later to the day to ensure you are happy with the glasses and if there was any problems that they could assist with. All and all a FANTASTIC team. Never pay those high prices again at those other guys behind the mall. This is a blue collar and family budget friendly optometrist. Super clean too. A 10 star establishment for me. Highly recommend.

I took both my children to see Dr. Sharma. We got in quickly, had excellent customer service, and Dr. Sharma explained things about their eyes, and the reasons for what he was doing, in ways that were clear and easy for them to understand. My daughter needed eyeglasses, and they were very reasonably priced and there was zero pressure to buy or purchase upsale items. Highly recommend Dr. Sharma!

Very knowledgeable (corrected my very incorrec prescription that has been off for 10 years!). They tell you everything they are doing & describe what they see. Absolutely incredible.

Exceptional service. Dr.Sharma is very experienced and truly cares about the eye health of his patients. He clearly explained each step of the eye exam process and what was being examined during each step. In terms of equipment, this clinic seems to have the very latest. Keith Richardson explained my options for lenses in a very detailed manner. He explained which lenses are best for various situations and the pros and cons of each lens. The selection of glasses available is huge and the staff worked with me to choose the perfect fitting frames. My lenses needed to be ordered and they arrived very quickly in two days. I just had the best experience with an eye exam and glasses purchase that I’ve had to date. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in grade 6 and this by far trumped all other appointments. Dr Sharma, Keith, and all of the staff there treated me like gold the moment I walked in the doors to check in. They were kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr Sharma was so incredibly professional and thorough and even caught a prescription change that no one else has. After my exam I felt no pressure to even try glasses but was curious about a new pair. Keith had me trying on a pair of glasses according to my face shape that I NEVER would’ve in a million years even taken a 2nd look at… and I ended up purchasing because they actually look so unbelievably stylish and cute. They stayed an hour past close to make sure my new (and old) glasses were fitted perfectly before I left. I am so beyond happy with this company and I can’t recommend them enough. Everyone deserves this kind of customer service and treatment. Definitely visit soon and I promise you won’t be disappointed or leave feeling like just another number!!!!

Best eye exam / check up I have ever had. Dr Sharma was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me as he went. Printed off my new prescription without asking. His team were also so nice and I never felt any pressure to buy new glasses from them (which after previous experiences at other clinics I very much appreciated). They do have a large range of frames and multiple options for lenses, so ended up buying the cutest pair of frames and sunglasses. Will be recommending Dr Sharma and the team at The Eye Doctors at Grand Banks to everyone I know.

This was the best eye exam experience I have had. The doctor explains everything so well, as well as the rest of the staff. Very professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I felt like he genuinely cares about not only my eyes, but the fact that there is a person behind the eyes, as well as what I can afford without having extended health benefits. I could tell that he cares about the quality of care that he and the staff provide to each patient. I would recommend anyone to go there. They also have a more affordable lens option.
