Kind of ridiculous that they aren't willing to work with you at all if you run into some issues paying back.... Been a steady client there for over a year and that doesn't seem to matter at all. I was sick with Pneumonia and had to take some days off of work to get better. Consequently, my spouse (who also has a loan here) had to take some days off to help take care of me. We both got smaller paychecks than we were expecting. Because I was late, they would not allow him to pay off and re-borrow, even though I was explicitly told by an employee there that as long as I had payment arrangements, it would be fine... Now we are perpetually stuck in being late on both of our accounts, because they aren't willing to work with us on payments. Seems kind of silly. You could either work with us to get your money, or not care that we've been clients there for a year and never had any issues before now, and get nothing? I used to recommend people there all the time... Now??? Not so much.

Love the options available here. I NEVER get caught up in the One-Time-Repayment (Monthly Rob Peter to Pay Paul Effect) like I would anywhere else as Speedy Cash offers 4 Consecutive pays to repay your loan! Amazing! This does have limitations though they said. They definitely won a customer. I do repeat business here because of such offering(s). Would have rated 4 stars due to lack of personality as they are not very personable most days.... however, they are good at what they do so I could go either way.

Very busy place. Wait is too long. ..don't like the fact that they assumed I wasn't employed. They just assumed right off the bat that I was borrowing from my child tax rather than my pay stubs. I've been working ever since I was old enough to get a little part time job at 16 years.

Online lending is awful and the online helpline is not helpful whatsoever. If your doing online lending lend at your own risk because if they have errors on their end they will not fix it.
