The male doctor here is extremely rude. I was trying to explain to him what the problem was and he pulled his mask down and INTERRUPTED ME and didn’t let me finish. The fact that this doctor thinks it is okay to interrupt his patients while they’re talking is appalling to say the least. If he can’t listen to his patients, he needs to have his medical licence revoked and returned to the cereal box he got it from.

Had an appointment for 12, was left standing at the front desk without being acknowledged for 10 minutes. Finally got put in a room just after 12:30 where I had to wait once again. Ended up walking out instead of waiting another hour to see the doctor. Waste of time, and you’re better off not even bothering to make an appointment.

My children and I have seen Dr. Hssunei for years. She had always been professional, empathetic, helpful, and friendly. At various times throughout the years we've seen the pediatrician there, and I would imagine most, if not all, of the other Doctors working in the clinic. I've found them to be thorough, generally understanding, and kind, as well. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful, even during a rush.

that indian doctor. will tell you to get your covid test before he can go near you, then he told me I could of gottena false negative so you cant touch me at all. he told me try these meds if they dont work come back. 1 week later I went to hospital because pneumonia. i had early symptoms of it and refused to check. ship him back to his country. why can't we rate 0 out of 5

Friendly staff, quick in and out appointments & they are efficient. Doctors do not rush you and listen to your concerns. Dr. Al Masoudi is the best doc, he cares about his patients and truly does his best to address all your medical issues. He remembers his patients and makes you feel heard!

This clinic is amazing. I dreaded coming to a clinic because it always sucks. This is my first time at Grand banks and I'm am shocked at how great everyone was. Good attitude. Easy to talk to and genuinely cared about the people coming in .

I am going to be very transparent in this review so that people understand my frustration. Now, I understand that a lot of doctors/GP's/Psychiatrists are very busy people. But that doesn't mean you're exempt from doing your job, and your job is to listen to the needs of your patients, and to warn them of any and all possible side effects of medications you're prescribing.- I went in to this clinic for a couple of things-One was to get a prescription for my acne, to test for allergies, and to be referred to a psychiatrist as I've been battling mental health issues for a decade now. I have been dealing with thoughts of suicide for years and that's without any medications. So, I tell Dr. Zaenab this and she seems very understanding and professional. She tells me she will prescribe me my acne meds the next day and proceeds to tell me she will see me tomorrow. I get a call on my phone an hr after I leave, apparently I left a prescription there which I wasn't notified about at all. I go in and pay for the prescription, and after day 2 of taking it I am getting more depressed and anxious than usual. I look up the side effects, and there is supposed to be a warning on this prescription that it's side effects are thoughts of hurting oneself, thoughts of suicide, blurred vision, insomnia etc. THIS IS AN ALLERGY MEDICATION mind you. She prescribed me with a medication that does a lot more harm than good, all while failing to talk to me about the side effects. She prescribes me this immediately after I tell her I am dealing with mental health issues and need to see a psychiatrist. Like, why couldn't you just get me some benadryl? what makes you think I need to take any medication that could worsen my mental health? I never once asked for it, I just wanted to mention the allergies. She even tried to prescribe me with some meds for my mental health without knowing at all whether or not I have any disorders she needs to be aware of. I am tired of being thrown bottles of pills, I desperately need a doctor that cares about my well being enough to discuss treatment options and side effects of medications. I can't afford to pay for meds that are going to worsen my health. I'd much rather have allergies than a worsened mental state. Seriously, this should be a priority for all doctors to DISCUSS ALL SIDE EFFECTS OF MEDICATIONS SO I KNOW WHAT I AM PUTTING IN MY BODY. And STOP trying to throw me anti-depressants when I could have a possible mood disorder, or personality disorder. I am hardly ever being monitored during my use of anti-depressants either and that should be another priority ! These medications cost some people their lives! Stop prescribing people things so frivolously in an attempt to rush them out of your office. It's absolutely ridiculous.

They advertised they were taking new clients, I dropped off an intake form and followed up two months later when I hadn't heard anything . They lost my form and didn’t have a trace of me or my name anywhere. Spoke to a lady named Tanya who was supposed to rectify the situation. Since speaking with Tanya- who never returned my call, as promised, I found another clinic in GP and they called me the next day, saw me within a week. So terribly disappointed with the lack of service and accountability.

The only front end receptionist are nice. But nurse staff and doctor has a bad attitude. Not even co-operate, even if you will not got good response, if you need help.

I would give the clinic 0 stars if I could. Front desk staff were super friendly but male doctor was not friendly at all. He would glare at us when we walked into the room, and when we asked for a referal to borrow crutches he refused multiple times. My daughter had hurt her foot so she could not walk at all. It seemed that he intentionally wanted to cause stress into someone's life. After spending the entire afternoon on waiting to get crutches, we could finally get them. By then, my daughter's foot was swollen and more painful after sitting in the car for 6 hours. This doctor does not care about the patients needs. He intentionally tries to sabotage the patients lives, causing them agony. His pretentious attitude and his sadist actions are discusting. His medical licence should never have been given to him.

I am amazed how professionally the staff handle people that come in wanting the staff to break the rules and get people in to a doctor. It's a walk in clinic, they may be full or the wait times may be long. People need to know this before they come. Well done staff!

Regret leaving PrimeCare Health to go to this clinic. They certainly don't have much concern for the patients. I put in a patient request form 4 months ago and after several inquiries have received 0 answers; yet according to radio ads they are still accepting new patients? They are not helpful at all. Will not be returning to this clinic again!

I have never written a review before. I even went out of my way to recover my google account just so I could leave a one star review. I have been to this clinic twice. The first time I went I brought my empty medication containers and asked the doctor for a refill. Without asking me any questions about myself, my history, or why I need this medication he simply said he would not write me these prescriptions (at the same time). I was disappointed firstly because I needed them, and also because my previous doctor had no issue with giving me these meds at the same time. My next visit I was hoping for a better outcome because it was a different doctor. This visit was for different medication that I use which is a face cream for my acne. When I told the doctor the name of the cream he was puzzled and asked for more details about the cream. I told him the name of the cream (AGAIN). Upon getting to the pharmacy I realized the doctor wrote me the wrong prescription. He actually wrote me a prescription for an over the counter acne cream that you can purchase at any drug store without a prescription. What doctor writes a patient the wrong prescription just because they are confused. Total incompetence at this clinic. And a waste of my time. In my opinion these doctors are old and outdated and probably burnt out. I recommend going somewhere else where there is more human connection, empathy, and time taken to make sure people are getting proper treatment.

came in at exactly 3;36pm today jan 23 and I was hoping to see a doctor. then the receptionist informed me that there is no doctor available and clinic hours is up. I questioned, what was the 9-5pm sign by the door for? she replied: "there is no walk in until 5 those times posted are for our paper works" and with all calmness, I said then it should be changed then! Misleading clinic hours info. Very disappointing!

I walked in and and said hello in a warm friendly manner, with a smile on my face. I couldn’t recall the name of the doctor I was there to see. A dark haired woman there just stared at me blankly and when I chuckled and said “sorry, I cannot recall the name”, she just said, “Uh huh” and gave me a dirty look. You swear I had ran over her dog the way she was acting. Terrible customer service and she should be fired as when the doctor spoke to her, she was the very same way. I watched the exchanges she had with other individuals and she was incredibly mean. Shame on you for making people that are in a sick, weakened state feel even worse. You should be fired.

Terrible experience. Reception was a gong show from the mintute I walked in. A simple procedure was declined. The doctor was very unprofessionall! I won't ever be back to this clinic.

With all respect to doctors in this clinic I can't put 5 starts as recently they are in such rush. When you come and wait at least an hour for a doctor and he/she is in a rush to kick you out isn't best experience. My last appointments they stood up to go couple times and I had to stop them as I had questions left. I basically forget what I even came for on my last appoinments because of such attitude...
