The staff are friendly, helpful and thorough. I believe that they are maximizing my tax savings for our business and personal accounts. If the CRA has a question regarding a previous tax year, FBC handles the response and assists in identifying which records need to be send out. This is a valuable part of their service as the CRA is combing previous tax returns for additional revenue. My FBC representative comes to my home office for quarterly entry and updates. He is knowledgable, professional and prompt. My files and records never leave my office so everything is right here if I need it. I would highly recommend FBC to anyone with a farm or small business who doesn’t want to pay more than their fair share to Revenue Canada! Thanks Jim!

After 2 months of trying to complete the taxes (including doing my taxes again myself in Simple Tax to correct their work and increase my return by $1,600) I have not heard back from this office in a month while asking for a response from either my rep or the branch manager. Easy to book an appointment and very knowledgeable staff. We like that Jim comes to our place when it fits our schedule. We don't have to pack up our files to take anywhere. This has been helpful when there is a file or invoice that I am missing. I can find it while he is still working on our return. FBC takes the stress out of being audited as they deal with the audit directly and communicate with the government on our behalf.

This accounting firm has been the worst service I have ever had to deal with to date. Still waiting for tax returns to be filed from previous years. They have had all my info for 3 years. I have been overly patient year after year and yet I still wait for taxes to be filed from 2012. The service is unacceptable. Would not recommend. Please call be back one day so that we can talk about you finishing what you started many years back. Thanks.
