I’d banked w/ another bank for 30yrs. I came to this branch of ATB for a service that they provide, after being told by my bank that they aren’t in the business of....... The people that work at this ATB are spectacular at their job & the way that they treat people. All the ladies that I spoke w/ when I called, Kara being one of them &!Ellen @ the greeting desk were all amazing. I’d called on my way & Ellen actually said, “Drive safe”. And when I arrived she was smiling beautifully while talking to clients/potential clients. While we talked she was laughing & light hearted. Changed my entire day for the better. My appointment was w/ Brock Carlson. He’s only worked there about a year, and was professional, polite, and helpful, further than was necessary. After leaving & thinking it over, the next day I made an appointment to change banks. The entire experience in those two days had been above & beyond my “combined 30yr” dealings w/ my PREVIOUS bank. Wether a client or not you’re treated as though you’re business, small or large, matters to them. Thank you everyone. Consummate professionals.

Been having trouble with paying a loan. Have tried to get it done for two months, before covid lock down. Still to no avail. You keep saying it is taken care of, but then head office in Edmonton calls looking for payment and the cycle repeats. Not impressed with the go around.
