I had tried for one month on my own to get refinanced on my home with no success. My financial and property situation was very difficult to work with. I went to Chase Cooper told him my situation gave him all the paperwork and let him do his thing. Although it was a difficult situation Chase worked very hard and found a lender that would work with me. I ended up getting a great deal with this mortgage and I'm very happy.
