Stay away from this outfit! The Kingston office, with which we dealt, misrepresented everything about a mortgage that we applied for. It took the manager three months before anything happened and every time we dealt with him, he promised to call back. But he never did. We had to call him back. He wanted us to pay back a few old debts. We did that. Then he forgot that this was even a condition. In the end, we learned that anything which he said could not be relied upon. Stay way from this place--at least in Kingston. We have never seen such poor service anywhere.

Small and clean little branch of a familial and professional credit union. I recommend Alterna Credit Union as an option for daily banking, as opposed to using a branded bank. Free coffee and friendly service at this location.
