The Seneca One team made moving in a welcoming experience and the amenities of the building are without compare in Buffalo including generous club-like common spaces, a food court and a caring staff. For anyone looking for a place to be, it can't be beat.

Absolutely a phenomenal place to live! Highly recommend! My wife and I moved from NYC to Buffalo and the Seneca One is the by far the best building to live in anywhere in Downtown Buffalo. The staff are great! Jessica and Sam really made moving in easy and their maintenance staff is always there to help if you have any issues. We have a very spacious 2 bed & 2 bath. All stainless steel appliances, in unit laundry, restaurant and Bar inside the building, onsite gym, and 24 hour security. Laminate floors, lots of lighting, and plenty of space depending on what type of unit you are looking for. Plus it's walking distance to a lot of restaurants in downtown and the waterfront. Perfect for anyone, but especially if you are young and new to Buffalo. The building is very friendly and the Seneca One Team is always doing events so its easy to make new friends. If anything is available, GET IT! They sell out quick and you wont want to miss out.

As a brand new tenant of Seneca One, this place is fantastic! I love the views and all the amenities. The residential lounge is amazing. Sam Soltis and Scott Krajeski have both been incredible, answering every question and concern I've had. Couldn't ask for anything more and I can't wait to see what all the plans and projects still being built have in store for us! I can't recommend this place highly enough - location right next to the ballpark and arena, canalside, pearl street, harborcenter, the subway and soon to be exchange street Amtrak station all right here. Excited to be able to call Seneca One my home in the heart of downtown Buffalo

Seneca One is a great place to enjoy live music. It is out in the open and in the middle of the downtown area of Buffalo. It is a nice place to be on a summer's evening to enjoy some great jazz.

Seneca One is by far our best experience living in Buffalo! The lobby always smells amazing and it has practically everything that would make sure our stay is as comfortable as it gets. Samantha and Jessica are by far the best managers who really helped us with the smoothest of move ins! The location is beautiful and the sunset view behind Canal Side looks fab, trust me! The maintenance is hands down, they’re available for you 24*7! We couldn’t ask for more, this has to be the best decision we’ve made and it wouldn’t have been possible without Jessica and Sam! Can’t wait to explore more activities that the management plans throughout the summer! Must recommend!

We had the luxury of touring with Sam Soltis, who took it upon herself to show us everything from the lobby bar to the 26th floor. The view of the stadiums, the best waterfront view in Buffalo, and most importantly the apartments that are without a doubt the best in Buffalo. Top tier class yet feels like home. First day of jazz on the plaz. June 11 2021. Just started not too much going on but it's early. A food and drink stand serving wine and beer along with meatball sliders and porchetta sandwiches from Osteria 166. They weren't ready yet but I'm familiar with their meatballs and pork sandwich. A single food truck Mad Sauces wings burgers and dogs. The music was nice smooth jazz drums bass keyboards trumpet and sax combo. Beautiful weather smooth jazz food and drink. Buffalo at it's best. Music was great I got hungry and knew that the Union Pub was a short jaunt so there I went.

I’m a new resident of the Seneca One Tower. After growing up in Buffalo and moving away, I wanted the perfect apartment to move into when I returned. I immediate fell in love with the building. Every detail is polished. There is still some work going on which will only improve the experience here. On top of the beautiful aesthetic, Sam Soltis makes the experience all the more wonderful with her upbeat personality and genuine care for the tenants. I’m excited to see what’s my future here holds!

I just rented out an apartment here at Seneca One. I am new to Buffalo and after spending a few weeks looking for apartments, I was instantly sold on Seneca One due Scott Krajeski. He was incredibly helpful, informative and quick to respond to emails. After arriving at Seneca One, he greeted my family and I with enthusiasm, and it was obvious from the get go that he was a nice guy who prioritized making us feel welcome rather than trying to get me to rent the property. It was, by far, the most enjoyable experience I've had renting an apartment. The best part is after I moved in, he continued to be incredibly helpful, answering my questions and solving any issues I encountered immediately. The apartment is beautiful and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love living here! Leasing managers Sam and Jessica are helpful from the very beginning, making sure my move in went smoothly and taking care of anything that comes up since living here. Overall amenities are fantastic, especially the dog area conveniently located on the second floor, and def excited for the brewery moving in right on the property. Highly recommend!

Seneca One Apartments are AMAZING!!!! They are new, beautiful and located in the heart of Buffalo. I had a very difficult move with limited hours to move in. Sam Soltis from the leasing office arranged the use of the freight elevator at weird hours to accommodate me, and she facilitated my furniture deliveries so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Sam made a very difficult move easy and enjoyable. She is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. I’m very excited to be part of Seneca One!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Samantha Soltis and Seneca one apartments! I absolutely love living here. Sam took her time to make sure I had the home I wanted as well as needed. She was always available to address any questions/concerns I had no matter the time or day! By her being empathetic to my needs I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship that I could trust.The entire staff always greets you with a smile here and are quick to attend any issues that arise. The fitness center is open 24/7 and is rarely crowded and the residential hall is lovely! I love the convenience of the food hall and the three story covered parking garage. I am new to buffalo and live alone here, I could not feel safer anywhere else!

I’ve lived all over the country in lots of different apartments, and Seneca One takes the cake. I don’t know where to begin! The community managers Sam and Jessica are as good as it gets and always make sure we feel like Seneca One is home. They gave us such thoughtful holiday presents, and hosted a safe event for us all to get to know each other. They have helped me personally with a number of things I needed, and go out of their way to make sure my experience here is pleasant. The gym is great; just the right size, and not one, but two Peloton treadmills. I use it every day and love the convenience of this incredible amenity. Having access to the events and things happening in the tower are not to be found anywhere else. I work from home, and having the ability to grab meals in the Food Hall is amazing. Plus, amazing yoga is offered twice a week and is free for residents! The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious, quiet, and sun filled. Every time someone comes by they mention how beautiful my unit is. I couldn’t agree more! It doesn’t hurt that you can see stunning views of the lake and Canada, plus the daily picturesque Buffalo sunsets. I can walk to anything downtown, and have done so much in the neighborhood already, even during the pandemic. Between the restaurants and bars within walking distance, and immediate access to the train, there’s no reason to even use your car. There’s a great vibe here, and I can’t recommend it enough. Run, don’t walk, to Seneca One; you won’t regret it!

My move to Seneca One has been nothing short of excellent. The Studio Plus apartment I'm renting is gorgeous, modern, and brand new. The apartment managers Jessica and Sam went above and beyond to make sure my move in experience was less stressful. The location of Seneca One is right across from Canalside which is ideal and close to everything. I would give Seneca One 6 stars if I could. You will not find a more attentive management team that genuinely gets to know their tenants and truly cares about exceeding their needs. There is no need to look any further, lease now!

HEAVEN is a place on earth and it’s at SENECA ONE ! My wife and I moved in on New Years Day and we could not be more IMPRESSED ! Sam & Jessica have completely exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and availability. The ENTIRE building and apartments are COMPLETELY REMODELED and in PRISTINE condition. Nice GYM with Brand New Up to Date Equipment and a Lunch Hall ! You literally NEVER have to leave this place. Hands down SENECA ONE is the place to be in Downtown Buffalo. Where else would you rather be than right here, right now !

This is an amazing apartment complex offering some pretty fantastic amenities and at a great location in downtown. The gym, lobby, food court, view from the apartments and the fit and finish everything is superb. The best part of Seneca One are its property managers Sam and Jessica. They literally go out of their way to ease out the leasing process and make you feel comfortable while moving in. I was moving out of state and Sam and Jessica made my moving in so easy that it was the last worry on my mind. Great job you guys!

Seneca One is hands down the most stunning place to live in Buffalo!! We looked at over 15 apartments and none of them came even close to Seneca One. The building itself is beautiful and the lobby smells like heaven all the time. The apartment has a great layout and even the hallways look like something out of a magazine. The in unit washer, dryer, walk in closet, etc. are all high end but that is not the best part. The care and attention you get from the Building Manager, Samantha and the Assistant Building Manager, Jessica is what makes this place so special. They go above and beyond to make sure that your move goes smoothly and they follow up with everything. They were there when I needed someone to let Spectrum in the apartment and I was not available. This sounds like a simple thing but they did it five times and provided the rep with their personal cell phone numbers to facilitate the installation!! Who does this?! I've lived in a lot of places over the years and I have never had this kind of service and attention. They also allowed us to move in furniture a week ahead of time! Again, who does this? If you are thinking of moving please go visit the building and take a look for yourself. Sam and Jessica made moving fun and that says a lot!!!

Just moved into Seneca One and couldn’t be more excited about being a part of the community they are building. While I’m really impressed with everything they have done so far and what they have planned in the future the main reason for my 5 star review is the amazing level of service I have received from my leasing agent, Samantha Soltis. She has been incredible to work with from the moment I inquired about leasing an apartment. I took up half her day looking at several units in the building and she was able to help me decide which one was the best fit for me. She responds immediately to every text/email that I send her and helped with every aspect of the move. She coordinated everything from parking accommodations to getting internet/cable set up and making sure the move was as smooth as possible. She also made sure that all my furniture deliveries were taken care of for me as I was unable to be there for them. It’s very nice to have someone so reliable there to answer all your questions and who is always available to help out. Congrats to Douglas Development for finding the best possible person for the job!

We just recently moved into Seneca One and have been loving it. Perfect location just steps away from canalside and the heart of downtown Buffalo. The building and units are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. Sam and Jessica in the leasing office have been amazing with answering all of our questions and making sure we have settled in ok. They truly care about their tenants and always respond quickly at all times of the day! The cleaning crew and maintenance workers have all been super friendly and helpful. Random- but the lobby always smells amazing. This building is unmatched to any other apartment community in buffalo. So thankful to have found my home here at Seneca one!!

I recently moved into Seneca One and could not be happier with my apartment and the building. The building itself is beautiful and my apartment is exactly what I have been looking for. Also a prime location with a connected parking garage available at a discounted rate. The residential manager, Sam, really made the moving process and my experience here wonderful and easy. She will check in with me periodically to see how everything is going and whenever I have a question or issue, it is immediately resolved or answered (I actually saw her helping someone move in carrying their boxes/throwing out trash- always goes above and beyond!) Highly recommend this spot!!

I have been living at Seneca One Tower now for three months and I couldn't be happier. The move in process was extremely convenient and a wonderfully smooth transition. Sam and Jess have been nothing but accommodating and always available anytime day or night to handle any of my questions and concerns. The amenities are great from the private resident gym to the lounge and common area. The apartments are beautifully renovated have excellent views of the surrounding area. I love being there because I also have immediate access to the 190 for my daily work commute out to my practice in the southtowns which only takes me 8 minutes in the morning! I cannot wait to see what the spring and summer bring with having such opportune access to the inner harbor area for events. If anyone is thinking about moving to such a great location don't hesitate to contact Sam or Jess for information and a personal tour of the building.

I was among the first to rent an apartment in Seneca One and I could not be happier! This is my first apartment and the tour and move in process was absolutely flawless. Samantha Soltis made my experience so easy and fun! I was taken to all parts of the building and I never felt rushed when choosing an apartment. The programming that is offered for residents is something that I feel I cannot get anywhere else. Sam is SO helpful! If I ever have a problem, it is taken care of quickly and I am so grateful for that. The amenities, views, and community that this building and its staff are unparalleled to anywhere else in Buffalo. Worked under the building through the closure, have say I'm nothing short of impressed with the money and effort being shown in bringing the property to a new glory exceeding its past. The views are amazing from upper floors too. A jewel in this city!
