Over priced and dirty

It was really busy and the lot is actually a bit small so there were a number of vehicles that had to jockey around to get at the pumps. The washrooms were acceptably clean given how busy it was at the time. It took a few minutes to get back out on the street west-bound due to the volume of traffic so while it was easy to get into it was a small pain to get out of.

Great place to stop! Attendant was super nice (think chick fil A level of customer service) and there were social distancing/sanitization protocols in place. Conveniently located as well.

Small gas station that can get busy without a lot of room to manuever vehicles. There is one bathroom, no key required, but it can be hit or miss how clean it is.

One EV charger is marked out of order and the other one doesn't work. What a joke. Having attempted to use multiple petro chargers, this is a common occurance.

Visited here in early July – as busy a time as ever I think. Kind of tight to get in and out of the station with all the campers and trailers around. Price of the diesel fuel I needed was surprisingly competitive for such a tourist town of Jasper.

I hoped to become a regular petrocanada customer. I have got their petrocan points card. Most gas stations you put your payment card debit Visa or Mastercard into the machine and to your pin and then fill your car. When I did this at petrol canada it would not allow me to put my points card in after so I went inside and the attendant told me I would have to phone Petro Canada to get my points added. I was very disappointed. Seems like a big hassle just to get a few points. there should be a way that a customer can recover from not entering things in the their order. every other filler station that went to requires things to be entered in a different order.

Excellent customer service ! By a young fella named Shiv, such an enthusiastic guy, always put a smile on my face, he knows how to do his job better than anyone, also, helped us one day when our car got stuck in the snow, he helped us even when it was -16 outside. We need more people like him. Bless you buddy ????

Over this last year, The Store has been open, and courteous and expedient service. CLEAN WASHROOMS. Yet to see that Restaurant Open, it was good Twenty years ago, but haven't seen it open since; assured it is all open in the daytime, a nice family stop.

Unlike what Kevin said, the gas prices isn't this place's fault. In fact, I visited this place because the price was fairly low for it being January. It's a fairly small gas station, but it's not really busy so I'm not worried. Wide entrances make it an ease to enter in and out to both streets. The attendant I met was quite nice and helpful. Also possibly a good gas station before going over the bridge to U.S.

One of the worst Petro-Canada in Ontario! Highly priced always compared to any pumps in Fort Erie and near by pumps! All other pumps lower their prices at some point of time during a day or atleast in a week but this pump will always have the same high price without any change! Worst customer service as well ????????

This is a great place to stop and get drinks and snacks for the road, however taking long road trips and not having air for my tire was upsetting, as I was told they didn't have a button to turn on the air, and they wouldn't do cash back so I could get a dollar to use their air! I was instructed to use the ATM machine so that I could then exchange the money for a dollar!

Sometimes stores close a couple minutes before they are supposed to which is already irresponsible. But 10 minutes? Thats ridiculous. Would have went to the flying if i had known you were going to close 10 minutes before youre supposed to. Either advertise your hours to 10:50 or stay open till 11. Not that hard.

I stopped to fill up and went inside to get the key to the washroom. I returned the key and asked the staff direction to get back on the highway they were really helpful and friendly. I got to Kamloops and realized I didn’t have my purse. I contacted the station and they found my purse( grateful) nothing missing. Sharma mailed my purse (same day) back to Red Deer and paid for the Postage. I am so grateful and can’t thank you enough for your kindness definitely went above and beyond. Drove from Petro Canada in Kamloops to Jasper Petro Canada filled up. Guess what, no open washrooms. Closed for Maintenance. Doubt it. Restaurant was open, shared washrooms. How is it open! Against Food Permit rules. Very disappointing. Asked why closed, curt answer “closed” no explanation. Petro Canada, how are you welcoming visitors in Jasper!

I am writing in regards of the EV fast charging stations. Two fast charging towers are in that location which are completely unreliable. They either not working or are failing to communicate with the EV. They need to do better. Petro-Canada doesn't have report an issue on their app but instead asking to call customer service phone and they are not working on the weekend. Are you serious guys? If you have an EV avoid that location. Use Electrify Canada or BC Hydro.

They need to find a new contractor for their snow plowing. I needed to get to the air pump to fill a low trailer tire in the winter and they piled the snow in front of the air pump so you could not get to it. Nice job, totally unaware of the customers needs.

Went to pick up propane for the RV on four occasions (30 pounder). Each time we were told that the fill up was faulty and to come back later or the next day. Never did get a fill up. Also, usually only one attendant to attend to fuel, convenience store and propane. Good luck with getting attention.
