Northwest Bank in Lewiston is a great asset to the Village of Lewiston. The staff is knowledgeable and involved in the community.

Though bank hours are infamously bad, I really wish they were open at least till 5 or 5:30 during the week. Would have helped me with issues relating to Northwest. Ok bank though office is nice.

Truly some of the nicest, and helpful tellers Disclosure, I don't have an account with Northwest... all of my banking is through Key. I tried depositing two separate checks, and unfortunately I was informed that they would be held for 5 days due to the inconstancy of my checks through my employer. For that reason, I had to go to Northwest to dispute this in order to get my money that day. It took a minute, but the tellers looked into the situation and were able to cash my checks on site. It was a little nerve wrecking, but in the end, was super pleased at how helpful this bank truly was. Thank you again :)

Though the people at this branch are great the company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The people at the home office are difficult to work with. Tending to lie and procrastinate in their dealings with customers. I am finally free from this bank.
