Wasn’t much to really go off of employees didn’t really intervene with anything.

Always have to wait at least 30 mins. Customer service sucks Updated this because they put so much money into redoing the bank but spent no money in customer service or ensuring the wait time.

Very rude employees. I went to make a withdrawal on my newly opened account and I was unable too. The employees didn’t seem too willing to help me in this situation, when knowing I was from out of town and I needed funds as soon as possible. I also had 5 forms of identification on me including a birth certificate and enhanced drivers license. But unfortunately that wasn’t Sufficient enough to release the hold that was on my account! I would need my Social Security card that I didn’t have present. Note I’ve had multiple M&T accounts before so I don’t know why they couldn’t verify me and release the hold. These people did not try hard enough to help me inn this situation.

M&T is the worst bank! Between the fact that there is always something wrong with the ATM or their online/mobile banking....it's so ridiculous. Plus, I've had my information stolen 3 times! I've been wanting to switch banks for awhile now just haven't had the time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
