Don't bother yourself with poor selection, questionable service and a sufferable line, go to Beer-vondale at Chambers Corners in Wainfleet, LCBO at Fitch St. Plaza in Welland or Fairview Mall in St. Kitts - all excellent. Friendly staff but the manager at the time of this review ( Dave) a very unaccommodating jerk. Talks down to customers and is all around rude. The selection is a joke. It's sad that the trailer in Ridgeway is always stocked for popular items and Fort Erie Brick and Mortar store is empty. Example VQA Open Smooth Red. Sold out in Fort Erie. 21 bottles in the Ridgeway trailer.

It was my first visit to this particular location and it was quite pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful... which nowadays you dont get a whole lot of good CUSTOMER SERVICE. I appreciate people (staff) who help you and/or give you a decent response when asked a question about a store product instead of hearing.... I'm not sure you will have to check in Aisle 5 or is it 6? That's one of my biggest pet peeves. So when I get awesome customer service O make sure the store manager knows about it.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good selection of product (if you are flexible anyways...) The parking lot is small. If you have a boat, do not pull into the lot - the exit is tricky and there is no parking in there for you. Park on the street out front (usually spots to the west towards the CN yard and a decent area to turn around in exists).

So today, Christmas Eve in the LCBO, my 18yr old daughter was assisting me with carrying glass bottles and one of which was quite expensive! We get to the cash and they took the one bottle my daughter was carrying because she wasn't 19!!
