I am VERY DISAPPOINTED I have been coming to this Bank for 26 years. I was treated horribly by a female teller on the far left window. I was accused of cleaning money when I wanted to trade $300 I am a Numismatic and collect rare bills. She treated me like a criminal when I am a hard working person with a hobby and I will never do business at this branch AGAIN. I NEVER HAVE BEEN TREATED SO POORLY. GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK OR AVOID THE GIRL WITHOUT A NAME BADGE.

My first time visiting this Branch! Erica greeted me. And Sylvia helped me with my situation. I really like the branch it’s clean and friendly. There is a wait time for when your in line. So if your in hurry just ask what the wait time is for a teller. I appreciate everyone’s help. Very professional clean environment! Thank you!!

Friday its the busiest day and they have 2 tellers trying to get thru a line of 15 people this is not acceptable they are way understaffed and then they take the merchant line before the normal one wich is just getting way bigger very disappointed with bofa!

BOA steals from our Collage students.. SO !! Today I went to the Branch asking for help on My Daughter account which it's a attach to mine. Double Overdraft fee.. for one Transaction... They told me it was another transaction but clearly in my document it states differently .. I ask them for a copy of the one I couldn't see... They told me No internal Doc.. they just gave me the copy of the one from my mobile app... No Help streemly cut off attitude wanting me to open a credit account .. I dindnt go to the bank for a credit account..streemly disappointed..of our Latinos in Ontario.. But I went to another Rancho Cucamonga branch which of course the were much help not only they gave me a copy that I ask for but they saw the error and they went all out to help me refund me the fee because they saw it was a bank error .. Bank of America nows how to steal money from our student...

The security guard came out to my car looked me in my face and purposely spit at it. Then locked the door ten minutes early so I could not go back in and report him. So I took to Google to write this review so the bosses can let the company he work for aware of the nastiness of their employee. This happened today at the branch on Elmwood at 3:45 pm on February 3rd 2021

I'm a private wealth client with BofA, and I'm always happy with their customer service at other locations EXCEPT this one. Huge lines with only 1 cashier, and only two tellers, REALLY? Furthermore, I really despise the workers there; they are all rude & have no sense of shame at all. I hope these parasite employees gets fired!

These guys fail to answer phone calls--I tried calling them all day long. I was promised on a Friday that a hold on my deposit would be lifted by Monday EOB. It's now Monday EOB and I wasn't able to reach anyone all day, and the hold isn't lifted. I'm now in a bind I could have avoided had I gone elsewhere for my banking needs when I moved to the area.

Came in today at 12:30 on my lunch. There was no one behind me in line and the cashier was very rude and unwilling to assist with deposit slip " since he was on all by himself. I understand but I was the only customer. He didn't want to help based on principle, they always fill that out for me.

They never have enough tellers minimum 10 people in line at any givin time of the day but yet they have someone asking how they can help. That's the tellers responsibility.

Quite the diverse speaking location. There are English, Spanish and Chinese speaking employees here. Also, this location tends to get really busy at peak times during the day, but that is because this is a very busy area. Although it may be busy, the wait times are not necessarily long, as I've seen up to 4 tellers busy at their Windows assisting customers on a Friday. So they definitely know how to have adequate staff available to assist.

Bank of America is usually all around a disgrace, but this particular branch? Oof, the worst one in the Inland Empire. One teller, two MAX during peak hours, WITH lines out the door? Are you kidding me? These people don't care about customer service. They have you wait sometimes up to AN HOUR!! Sure it could be unprepared customers, but at least bring someone else out to keep the line moving instead of holding everyone up. They're tryna push their app (which is trash) or any other digital means so that we don't have to walk into a branch, and they do that by only having 1 window out of 7 open 90% of the time. I only use BofA for work purposes (not my choice), but for personal use? Checking account? Naaahh I'm good with Chase, thanks.

Went into a 20 minute line. The whole bank was full of people, three tellers of which one was counting money and 2 working. The rest of the employees were chatting. it was a very frustrating experience.

this branch is gross, run down and smells horribly. To top it off you have to stand in line for 25 minutes between people who like the cough on everything. Avoid this branch whenever possible. While you are there, make sure not to touch everything.

Extremely Loud ATMs. It does not sound so bad for people who visit, but my friends live in the area. You can be in your house and at all hours of the day and night, you will very clearly know when someone is using their ATMs. They have no reason to be that loud, but you can hear them clearly on H street and in the homes there. Not cool to people that have to live near you BofA.

This bank is terrible. We went to pull out money from the drive up atm and the bank gave my boyfriend fake money. Without knowing that the bank gave us fake money we go to our actual bank Wells Fargo and try to deposit the money just how Bank of America gave it to us and it did not take the money. When my boyfriend tried three times without knowing the money was fake he stopped persisting. I looked at the bills which were fake so we decided to go back to the bank see if they can help us. Stood in long line outside and not to mention was really hot. When asked what we were there to do we told them the atm had given us fake money. So the lady leaves and comes back with the bank manager just to first off be confronted and told that the money couldn’t have come out of their bank because they have three machines that it goes through, then second to be told I had to establish a claim just to get our money back that belongs to us knowing they gave us the fake money. So either there tellers are not really checking the bills they are receiving or there machines nor are actually working at all. I felt appalled that we were treated this way because we are not those type of people to be making fake money this is a pandemic and this take money away from my family so I can go buy groceries for our child. I didn’t appreciate the way the bank manager Ruben Mendoza handled the situation at all. I became offended when told that they could not do anything for us because there was just no way the money came out of there bank when clearly on there cameras it can show that the money did come out of there bank as well as Wells Fargo cameras can show that we tried three times to deposit the money that Bank of America gave to us. They are scamming customers out of their own money. I will never come bank to this bank or recommend this bank to anyone at all. I will forsure make a claim as well to have this investigated and resolved because I will not let this happen to anyone else as well.

Worst customer service of any of the 100s of banks I've been to throughout CA. I have a business account and can't even cash a check! This is after cashing 3 biweekly checks prior and paying the $8 fee. Problems everytime prior as well. They are consistent at being terrible!

This Bank is a rip off. Especially the tellers. My wife deposited 1000 dollar cash in her account. A month later we received a letter stating that she cashed out the money instead of deposit the money. We went back to the bank with the deposit slip and the transaction records. Bank opened an I vestigation, three weeks later bank closed the investigation with no reason back is sending us to collections and is refusing to assist. Funny thing manager and teller involved were transfered to a different branch.

Worse experience ever. They blame Covid because of the slow customer service. It's our money that runs the bank. I have been in line outside for 45 minutes because of only 2 tellers at the Window. I am leaving BofA and I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely rude. Came in with a cashier check drawn on Bank of America and the cashier was not helpful. I thought cashiers checks were guaranteed, better than certified. I wasn't expecting the full amount but assistance on how to proceed with it. Suggest opening an account? Access some of the money perhaps and reissue another to deposit at my bank? Went to my bank and they were surprised this wasn't offered. Everyone wants a new customer. Now I know why I bank where I do andand its not BoA
