Resto are not pround of what they serve anymore ... gross and unattractive... i understand it s a fast food but put love in what you serving to people to eat is important ... was my last time to any subway as they seem to be all the same all over canada ... but as we are limited in choice they still gonna have people to buy and who cares if i give a bad review .... customers line up ... then complain at their table but don t take the time to give a bad review so this can stop. To be honest and unbiased, Subway is not my first choice for a quick meal. I Don't even visit a Subway outside of Elliot Lake. As such, the Elliot Lake location is clean and well maintained. The owners are quite friendly and work alongside the employees. I am always impressed by the level of sanitation I witness here. It is a very busy location and loyal customers should speak volumes about an establishment. I am a big fan of open counter food preparation. This is a factor in my 4 star rating. As I stated, Subway is not my go to place for a meal and would have received 5 stars if it were.

We visited this subway on Aug 2. The lady at the counter was so rude that I have never met someone like her in my life. Due to rush hours, she was so much panicked and didn’t want to make our subs and cut it in half. When we requested to pack them in separate bags, she refused that as well and just forwarded all sandwiches on the counter. I think such personal should not be in a customer service and it looked like she was the owner. Sub should take away the franchise from her if they want to keep their customers’ love and trust.

Came here before 10pm on a weekday and the employees were counting coins and cleaning the oven even though it closes at 11pm. There were no chopping boards on the counter even though the employees should put the sandwiches on them when preparing the food. All three employees were ignoring us when we were trying to order food. The employee who was cleaning the oven didn't even use soap to wash her hands before preparing our sandwiches. She was rude and not attentive. I'm not sure how this location got a 4 star review.

The worst Subway location I've ever been. The bread wasn't fresh, it was very stale, and they are very stringy about the toppings they put on your subs. I had to ask them so many times to put adequate amount of toppings because they only put a few pieces. It appears that many of the positive reviews these people have are fake and procured, don't just look at the positive reviews and please think twice before going here.

We recently stopped here on our way from Vancouver to Edmonton, we stopped around 11 30 pm and surprisingly all places around here were open and subway too, for a small place like Jasper didn't expect it but then they're open till very late This place is very clean and neat, it was also very busy even at 11 30, pretty impressive. Just awful, everybody working there is extremely apathetic and rude. Asked what I wanted but wasn’t paying attention so I had to repeat myself several times. Didn’t ask what cheese I wanted just handed my sub off to the next guy and told him to put white cheese on. Just lumped all the toppings in the middle of the sandwich. Asked for a little bit of onion and they just absolutely ruined my sub with onions. After they wrapped my sandwich the guy at the till ignored me for over a minute while he talked to his coworker.
