I love this store. The staff in this store are very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and always offer to carry me purchases to our car. Kendra is the best pet store staff member I have ever dealt with in Elliot Lake. I went into pet value in Espanola, I needed cat food, I left the store, the young man was a smart alec, so I left, and went home to Pet Value in Elliot Lake. There are 3 pet stores in Elliot Lake, I will only buy from Pet Value. Thank you, Kendra, and all staff, I have would never change.

Horrible service, went into Pet Valu Elliot Lake looking for a large bird cage. Had zero help from staff and even less help from the manager who was in fact in the store but would not come talk to me.
