Unbelievably incompetent. Even the bank manager in EL had no clue of mortgage rules in Ontario and what the CMHC found acceptable.

Would give it less but whats the point of having an outdoor atm if its down when bank is closed? Slow. Customers lined up outside door and only one person working. Business is open now and atm is still down. Edit : Tried to come here during work lunch break and as per usual they are having nothing but internal issues. 2 people serving one customer but can't open a second computer to serve customers waiting. Place is literally dead and its still super slow. Will be opening an account somewhere else and closing this one as soon as I have a day off.

ATM is always dirty with dead bugs and graffiti. Machine is "temporary out of order" lots, or what appears to be broken.
