My bf and I had a business meeting here with Jason, we were referred to him by a good friend and he was absolutely fantastic. over the 7 years, ive had my biz account closed without being notified, been shortchanged by a teller, who said "oh can we resolve this after lunch" while walking away. cheques have spelling mistakes on them, its redonkulous..hoping now that they finaly have an online presence ..oh and the online banking is glitchy every single time..but hope they get it together.

We started banking here two years ago because we were searching for a bank that we felt understood small business needs AND had the power to make important decisions at the branch level. Banking at the Lethbridge branch of the Canadian Western Bank is a pleasantly different experience. It's the personal working relationships we have with the staff that enable us to view the bank as a real partner in our business. The staff at this branch are outstanding. They all know us by name and treat us like family. The personal service we receive has far exceeded my expectations. They all go well out of their way to provide exceptional service. My fees are a fraction higher than what we were paying at our previous bank, but the value I get from banking here more than makes up for it. If you're looking for a bank that will really partner with you in business, I would highly recommend this branch.

There never answering there phone. and when they do they literally do nothing, this also goes for the online banking and support. the service hours are minimal 10:00am to 3:00pm and there only about 3 locations on the island for walk in banking.

Sherwood park branch is great and I would recommend them, they are definitely on the ball but Red Deer not so good. Hate to give a bad review but this was a major screwup. I had a time sensitive reverse transfer, the Red Deer WB bank manager spoke with me and told would get back but completely disregarded it without apology, making it out that I was the one in the wrong as she was “In meetings” I ended up having to phone the Sherwood bank to get service. They are the ones worth dealing with but would stay away from Red Deer WB.

Expensive services for very little you're getting. Yet very bad integration if C1CU platform, no mobile cheque deposit (due to their ridiculous encoded cheque fee) and led their Direct Banking devision in the dark ages

Great rates on tax free savings accounts, beat the other banks by a country mile.If you want a bank that still treats you like a person and not a number this is the place to try. They offer all the same services as the big banks without the lines and waits.

Service has completely gone down hill. Maybe different for a big business or client, but reduced hours, help desk who is not authorized to actually assist you and condescending local branch personnel makes it hard to say anything positive about them.

Automatic debit comes out at 2 o'clock on the morning of the 15th your paycheque goes in 3 o'clock at the 15th and $200 worth of bounce charges later you are got a report at the credit bureau Go to a bank that is smart enough to figure this out

I've been banking with cwb for 11 years, their customer service has been really good however recently I've had nothing but issues. I have a good fulltime job and I'm starting school, yet I'm still unable to get a credit card (I'm 25 and have never had one). I've recieved no update on why I wasnt approved and then when I wanted to up the limit on my debit card I was told I could only go up a few hundred. If only have one method of paying for things its outrageous to me that im limited to $500. I'm reliant on my parents and boyfriend to pay for things that require a credit card, which is absurd in this day and age. I've closed my account and moved to TD where I've been preapproved for a credit card already. So at least someone is on board with my financial independence.

The scum of society! Made their money on interest the first 2 years of my mortgage then chose not to renew and give no reason for it. I HOPE THESE GUYS GO BANKRUPT but with them leeching off ppl that might not be the case

Absolutely aweful. A friend of mine's girlfriend (Who has her business accounts through them) has been trying to buy a couple vehicles for almost 3 months now, but haven.t been able to because she needs her sin to do the credit app, and they won't call her back to give it to her. They also gave her the wrong one twice. And when she calls to try and get ahold of them, she sits on hold for 45 minutes and then gets hung up on. So she has missed out on 4 vehicles because of them. They have also had to push back their move in date on their new house 3 times because they would not call her back to clarify that everything was good to go. Customer service is obviously not high on their priority list.

Wonder if you remember the smell of the West ???????? North Americans are blessed with many things, between wealthy and rich to being amazing people and generous. I learned that they are happy to help social organizations like hope mission, and food bank.
