You might want to train your staff on how to use a broom, dustpan and show them how to shovel in winter. The dirt and rubbish flying around the gas station sticks out like a sore thumb. The stuff does absolute 0 to upkeep and clean around their gas station. Now it's snowing and people are walking in ankle deep snow since the morning... This station is disgrace to Shell and to the National Park it is located in. Btw. there is dog poop right next to the ice box, that's been already sitting there for 3 months now! I wonder if it will make it until spring...

Guy was very rude just before Canada day when we were asking for directions to a grocery store. We went back again when we were getting some drinks and we wanted to see where we can get campig supplies and he just walked away from my boyfriend after he asked him. I went in to get smokes, pretty easy... Floors were just a disaster there was such a build up of snow and ice outside,didn't look like any salt was used today ... And the stench of body odour was so overwhelming I couldn't get out fast enough, we washed the headlights of the car and the water was brown in the two we tried. . This Shell location offers eight (8) newer pumps and is right at the heart of this Jasper tourist destination. It’s easy in and out, but feels a bit cramped where you park to pump fuel. There is a convenience store on-site.

They do not plow snow at that gas station. I have seen two feet of snow at that station. There is a hole in the roof that has been there for at least 2 years. There is usually a waterfall right before the coffee station. It pours all over the gum and mint display. The most I have seen them do is put a sheet over the gum display. Insane... ...

Counter on pump was going up, but no gas was coming out. First day for worker on duty and manager didn't help him out. Tried the pump beside the malfunctioning one and did the same thing. Gas attendant did nothing to help and would not refund our money. Also...the bathrooms were disgusting and the toilets didn't flush properly.

guy next to my pump went it to prepay with company card. i went to use my debit card. machine told me to remove my card..then pay inside when done. so i started pumping gas. turns out the clerk turned my pump on and not the company guy. so i was getting his gas. she shuts down pump. we go inside to sort it out. she refunds him his amount minus my pumped gas...then gives him cash for the amount i used. i pay for mine and i check my account later this evening and she double charged my card. he is upset cos he cant take cash for a refund with company card. he has to call the boss to make sure it doesn't look like he is stealing gas. Clerk not paying attention to detail and then charges me twice....on purpose? or ANOTHER mistake during same incident ? mmmm

Was charged twice for one purchase of gas. When I called to notify them of the double debit to my account they said they were having problems with their lines going down that day and blamed the bank for not catching the transaction and reversing it. Had to fight with my bank to reverse the charge because Shell would do nothing. Beware of this gas station and check your bank accounts regularly for such transactions.
