I am a costumer from this store for some period of time recently I visit this branch to get payday loan and sadly the customer service representative(Suky) in poor professional manner make me lose time I was trying to gather the required documents I live far so I went back to my place for one more time to get other require documents I ask her before my way out if that was the only thing she needs and she said yes. when I went back she check my papers she call again someone on the phone after she hang up the phone, she said was not be approve even without checking my profile on the computer I believe I give her the required information so I went back home I did my self online without problem it’s not just easy to get around due is the only store in town then I call her and ask for her information so that i can call to the head office about this situation she was really rude and poor manners I believe they should not leave someone does not have enough knowledge to stay alone in this store was annoying everytime she needs to call somebody to get help

So I go in with my friend who is sending money and in comes in the rudest person ever! Yelling, cursing and swearing at the lady waiting on us (super sweet btw and patient I would have lost my mind!) like yelling for no reason, the girl working was so calm like it happens alot or something, she asks him to stop yelling and swearing and she'll be with him in a minute (I would have told him to go pound sand) he was the worst really! She is a Saint for dealing with him and even apologized to us for the situation! She had no reason to apologize what so ever she did nothing wrong!! Some people are just entitled worthless waste of space and some (like the girl working) are saints! You go girl don't let no one bring you down stay strong

Huge line up, doesn’t go in order of who came in first. When it comes time to pay the loan back, you must wait in line to pay again. Super unhelpful people. Make their money by not having enough people helping so you can’t make a payment when you want to so the interest piles up. Super disappointed in service.

Rather than responding with anger or attitude, she took the time to be gentle and kind. She made me feel like I was important and she was there to help me with anything I needed. I have been receiving calls from this branch daily and when I called to have them remove my phone number from their call list as I have not taken out a loan from them, the desk clerk hung up on me. Then when I called back to ask for a manager he claimed to be. Then when I asked why he hung up he said I was "rambling on'. Awful customer service. There are way better ways to get a loan. Do not waste your time

MICHELLE HAS BEEN A GODSEND SINCE I STARTED GOING TO MONEYMART. I have extremely weak teeth and we all know how expensive it is, Michelle walks me through every step I need to take to get approved for a long term loan with them to fix my teeth, any questions I had she answered in detail. My very first experience with them over the phone trying to enquire about how it all worked wasn't good. The lady was terrible. When I finally went in I dealt with Michelle, she quickly and efficiently rectified the situation, I've dealt with Michelle for over a year now, makes me sad that one day I wont need my payday loans and I won't be able to see her as much. 110% recommend Michelle!!

Horrible!! I was given the wrong info on a titanium plus MasterCard!! And ended up with my money in "limbo" I have 4 kids to feed and had been going through hard time with work, finely think I can get back on my feet. Only to be misinformed and told there is nothing they can do ! Now my only choice is to get a loan from the ppl who caused this !! I think not !
