All I can say is wow!!! All the staff seemed super friendly but we got to deal with Judy who got my husband his SIN number! She was amazing! Super funny, quick and very informative! Emery (so sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong) was the security at the door and wow, what an amazing human being. These two employees brightened my day with their positive attitudes and helpfulness! Their work ethics went beyond words and I hope their superiors know they got diamonds working there at service Canada! Thanks for the excellent service guys! Thank for brightening our day today. ❤️

The most dismissive, useless service representatives. Condescending approach and talk to you as if you are inconveniencing them. They are unwilling to help and I have personally witnessed them discriminating against their pre-suppositions of "lower class" patrons. Anyone can own a Service Ontario but sadly quality control is lost, the customers suffer and people I have talked to feel degraded after their encounters with these people. Nothing irks me more than people in Customer service not offering customer service. The employees who work here just seem sad and on some power trip and you have to deal with them because they hold the cards.

Worse experience EVER...the staff would rather speak to each other than help people out. Answering my simple questions with questions and MAJOR ATTITUDES. It was bad enough that j made a complaint. I never write reviews but Holy...so unprofessional!! The place was empty both times that I went in there. It's no wonder. Second time in. Never again...would rather drive to Haliburton where the staff makes you feel at ease and is very helpful. Unbelievable

and if I could leave less than one I would.My brother was treated so badly when applying for disability(,which he should have applied for years ago but worked like a dog with a severe disability) he left the office very shaken and that's putting it mildly!Dismissive ,rude ,condescending and actually cruel treatment at the hands of someone who is supposed to be helping.Service?? are you serious? it can be a very humiliating experience for anyone having to go cap in hand and apply but is there any excuse for treating people with so little dignity and such disregard ? no there is not and.shame on you.
