I have heard mnp over the radio several times last year and thought this company sounds to good to be true.i tried to convince my now ex wife that we should try it but she kept insisting that it wont work.a few months into this year after i broke up with her i contacted mnp and let me just say,talking with mnp was the best thing i have ever done.They explained everything,made the whole process easier to wrap my head around and understand their process,even after the first counseling call i felt the weight of my debt being lifted off my back.if i had to do it all over again i would always pick mnp.

Unfortunately I do not remember the receptionist's name but I definitely remember that she was very pleasant, personable and helpful with making my appointment to see Karen who was my counselor/advisor. When I met with Karen I found her to be just as pleasant, personable and especially helpful! Karen was very reassuring that MNP could help to ease my stress and worry and . assure me that my decision to go this route was probably the best for me. Karen was instructive and clear ,professional and yet friendly. I have recommended both MNP and Karen to a friend who is in similar financial distress and he also remarked about how helpful and friendly Karen is! I highly recommend MNP to anyone who is having debt problems which can become so overwhelming to reach out to MNP and at least get an opinion from one of their agents/ counselors as to whether they can help you!

Was great to deal with but unfortunately lead to some misleading information that has cause me to have to stay in bankruptcy longer and continue to pay more then expected. Still paying into it, with a low pension income, which equals amount allowed by rules and regulations and then have to continue to pay which has lead to some struggles still financially. Sickness put me into an unfortunate situation after 30yrs in the same industry and still no further ahead because the regulations have not been updated into today's economy.

MNP is very professional, very thorough in explaining all your options. When I separated from my spouse my debt spiralled to where I could not pay it down. For me, who always paid my bills on time was a big problem. They helped me when I needed it the most. I went in with debt that I would never be able to pay off. They took all my information and came up with a plan for me in how I could pay it off. This was the best decision I made for me. If you are needing help with your debt all it takes is a phone call to MNP to see what they can do for you.

He went above and beyond answering every question and explaining the benefits of both Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposal. Emma has also been exceptionally helpful and informative in this process so that I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. In addition, she helped me a lot in credit counseling sessions. Both Dean and Emma are always available whenever I need them and are very caring and helpful people.

When i was down and out needing help financially, i was told about MNP. I gave them a call and Karen helped me very quickly. She got the mean creditors off my back, which took away all the stress. She really explained all my options moving forward. I also have 2 financial classes to take. I took the 1 already with Renee and have learnt so much. Budgeting is KEY ! Looking forward to the 2nd class in January. I was embarrassed about my situation, but quickly learned that so many of us are in the same situation but do not know there is help available.......You even build your credit back as you pay back your loan. Had I known earlier how compassionate the bankruptcy trustee is and all the people I met at MNP, I would have faced my financial difficulties a lot earlier. There is quite a bit of shame associated with not being able to pay back money you borrowed and my biggest fear was how I am gonna be treated when I ask for a solution.
