Very Poor service went three times to open an account once I was missing some documents (understandable) the other two nobody available to help the lady sitting down at reception seemed only interested in passing you along to someone else who was never there.

Service was excellent ......the staff was willing to address our concerns quickly.... unlike some other banking institutions....please note that the Credit Unions offer full financial services and are insured as well. If you are looking for a change try our local Kawartha.
