Every once in a while you come across someone who is doing exactly what they are suppose to be doing. As an investor, with a focus on cash flow, Wyatt suggested a mortgage product that was variable, yet guaranteed my payments would stay the same. So if interest rates increased, a higher % of my payment would go to interest each month, but my monthly payment would not change. After Covid happened and interest rates fell to record lows, so did my interest rate. Wyatt's suggestion is saving me a ton of money every year. While no one knows what interest rates will do in the future, having the optionality of a product like this, that Wyatt suggested has made all the difference. Thank you. Highly recommend.
