Buying a home for the first time can be quite overwhelming, espeacially with all of the information and unanswered questions that you need to know. Kelley and Brodie came highly recommended by a life long friend of my family and i have to say i couldn't be happier how things turned out. I had the opportunity of dealing with Eric Kelley and i gotta say it was a very pleasant experience. He was able to answer all the questions i had and the answers were always straight. He told it like it is without beating around the bush. He was so helpful that i decided to contact him again recently about remortgaging my home that ive owned for 4 years now. He managed to fit me in to his busy schedule and he did it without hesitation. I 100% recommend using Kelley and Brodie mortgage consulting for any mortgage needs as i will continue to do so for many years. Megan (and Eric) are the best! Megan is available at pretty much at any hour of the day which is super reassuring when buying a house, especially your first, as it can be a super stressful time. Our file was not an easy one but Megan and Eric went to town advocating for us. And at the end of the day we were able to buy our first house because of them! Which we didn't think was going to be possible for years because other brokers told us they couldn't get us a mortgage. We are super thankful for all of Megan and Eric's hard work on our file.
