Hey i am doing banking with this bank from last 4 years and visit this bank everyday to do my deposits and stuff and love the customer service of this bank.Tracy ,Jane ,Harman and Garrett are the best teller i ever met in my entire life these ppl are always helpful and smiling .Jane is always smiling and greet everyone very nicely .I love going to this bank because of the friendly environment these people have created and i suggest if u want excellent service please consider envision bank.Harman ,Tracy ,Jane and Garrett always make my trip to bank joyful love you guys keep up the good work xoxo????????

Tracey is friendly, helpful, kind and treats every person who walks in the door equally the same. She makes you feel valued as a member. I've been with Envision for a number of years and have been happy. Today I went in with my youngest son to open a Student account for him. The service we received from Jane et al at the Sunshine Hills branch was exemplary. Specifically, they were helpful, insightful and very focused on creating a positive customer experience (something not common with most of the charter banks). Its service experiences like this that create customer loyalty. I highly recommend this branch.

I came in to make an appointment about RRSPs and Business Loans while doing my banking. Tracy was a huge help directed me to speaking with Karen and the manager Preeti about my financial future. They really helped with and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with investments at the sunshine hills branch.

Second time walking into this bank , first and second impressions are dismal I have a bill payment setup through envision to pay my strata , the woman behind the desk simply would not help me all she could say is account number ,account number I explain that the payment was setup through envision not my bank account and want to cancel it but was only met with account number, like talking to a wall, Unfriendly and Unhelpful don't bank here waste of time.

My wife and I have been banking at Envision Financial, Sunshine Hills for 40 years. It has been a pleasant experience and mutually beneficial. Without exception, everyone we come in contact with at this Branch makes sure we are looked after and comfortable to return. The banking personnel are always helpful and most willing to offer advice when requested. The investment personnel are outstanding!

Avoid it. The worst customer service ever experience. I have been with them for 3 years as it is near my house. Not polite, do not know what they are doing, especially when asking for a bank draft can take minimum of 35 min to 55 min. All their staffs are as cold as ice. Check it out and see for yourself.The new manager called this week after noting the review to apologize and promise to make a difference in future. He suggested the assistant manager to keep me in touch and to try to improve future service.

Good bank. Authorized withdrawals don't always happen on date which have caused $40 nsf fees, but manager worked with me and resolved most of my issues. Since then, my wife has opened an account there and have recommended to others.

I had a good experience and found the staff was friendly. I have accounts with other banks and this bank seems to already do more. They offered a free account with e transfers. I would recommend it. I was at a event there and had a good experience. I learned about things that do not even involve banking but would help us in life. They offered their time.

Nightmare, would not even recommend to my worst enemy! I have been dealing with this credit union since last October. Moved my banking from BMO to Envision due to recommendation of my friend. At the beginning, had a good experience and service. The person who opened my account was very knowledgeable and helpful, got an excellent service and recommendations from her. But I think that service is only to attract new members. Nobody cares after, didn't even receive a single return call of my inquiries.Tellers are very rude and incompetent. Last month they messed up with my transaction. Complained to manager and she had no clue what she is doing, worst experience, would definitely change my bank back to BMO!

Would give a minus if possible. Phone calls all have to go through their toll-free number, but good luck getting help. You are on hold forever, and call backs are not offered on all options. My last wait was 45 min. of hellish music and then a frustrating discussion trying to update my access info, which ended without getting what I called for in the first place! I have been a member since this bank opened on Young Road in Chilliwack in the early 1970's and this is the first time I have seriously considered changing banks. We, the members have been pushed into doing all of our banking online and I expect a good online system and service to meet our needs. Envision's online service is half-baked and just leads to member frustration. Fix it!
