They don't want to give you anything at all for your goods.... They offered me 80$ for a thousand dollar laptop.... If you are in chilliwack I'd recommend main jewellery & loans... They offered me substantially more...

These guys are goofs way better when the helie/Shaw's ran it they are rude and won't hesitate to try to rip you off people remember this place as a good trusted Chilliwack gem ...Make no mistake these new owners are bad people rip off artists do not shop there

I have had one bad experience with this store . Other then that the staff has been great ! Defiantly recommend this small bushiness ! For pawning or for finding some great items for a lessor price then big box. If you have a problem bring your item back and the staff will help the best they can . Hope this review helps make it right ! My last review was a bit hasty.

Not the best place in town .nuway is far better ,the employees are very rude .and treat you like a drugy. I pawned my camera there (sx30is) with batterie charger . Ofcourse when I brought it in it had the charger (cause what pawnshop would take a item without a charger) I asked for 50 and they siad 15 . I was shocked but that wasn't that problem .I took the 15$ and when I lost my ticket (my fault) they siad that I did not come with a charger and that the only thing that came in was the camera. With that being siad I then went home and found the ticket, then they tried to tell me.that the ticket was to old and that is was not the original .once I told them i was going to take them to court they handed over a charger with a price tag on it saying 19.99$ witch was the charger that went to my camera . Not happy and i dont plan on going back

I can see some people have had troubles at this business establishment. I was treated above and beyond by this fine staff. They were so gracious and allowed me so much leeway with my loan. I would NEVER hesitate to shop or take a loan from these extremely fine people.

I went in to buy a GUITAR with GOOD CASH MONEY three guitars on a rack and all three had no strings or missing strings parts ,,,how does someone buy an item in the place when there's no trying it out first ,,,If any business wants to stay in business at least look up when a GOOD CUSTOMER ASKS A QUESTION ,,,I WAS INSULTED by their irresponsibility and lack of RESPECT

Just called looking for a pair of skis. The clerk couldn't hear me, which was fine so I repeated myself. When she did hear what I was saying she was like "uhhm, no". Very rude tone zero stars for customer service. There was no sorry we don't have any. She sounded anoyed she was taking the phone call.

When you run a business you are suppose to give wonderful customer service, other wise how do you get customers back? They are very rude. I've watched them sit at their desks taking selfies with Snapchat or scrolling through Facebook like she had more too do. The additude from them is disgusting. Just because we live in a town with lots of mischief and drugs, but not everyone whom walks through the door is a bad person. Try smiling, that is what customer service is about.

Bought electronic device which only worked for 2 hrs. They offered a credit but no rebate. Filthy store. Very disorganized. Not recommended!!!!
