Pargon property management company was helping me to manage one of my property. Two members of the team especially Corrine and Sarah are so helpfull to run my businesses, especially in the selling time. But personally I dont have a good experience with one of the office staff ( dont want mention her name here ), she charged me necessarily several times but when ever I request Corrine to involve,it resloved. But I like to recommend them, If anyone looking for a property management company in the Chatham-Kent area!

I've called a couple of times seeking property management services. The person answering is totally confused about what services they offer. When asked to have someone call me back, I was assured that someone would. Nobody ever called me back. Later when I called to ask again about their services, they asked for my email address. I finally received an email 2 weeks later saying that paragon does not manage residential properties. What a complete joke this company is. I cannot imagine how they stay in business.
