Don't really have words for the experience I had with them! Disappointed after 30 yrs off and on with them, they closed my acct, because I went $5 into overdraft I didn't have. No contact with me till the end of the month. Went in they asked me into an office, and instead of working with me. They just closed my acct and cut my card and said thanks for your service now don't ever come back! Nice! Not!!!

They delayed my loan repair loan long enough the insurance did not have to pay for the repairs A nonprofit group asked me to get a copy of the loan application refusal The credit union refused saying that should sell the family farm despite having half the . money available to fix it after a 8 year delay The cost in the last 7 months alone to nonprofits is over the amount of the loan. That is why the nonprofit offered to fix my house.

I had heard great things about Libro, so my husband and I went in to inquire as we weren’t happy with our current bank. We were looking to switch everything over; however, we left feeling more discouraged and didn’t see any benefit to a credit union. We have made the decision to stay at our current bank because of this.
