Terrible terrible service and a great waste of my time and energy. I tried to make a payment on my account and was told that I had to speak with a branch manager. Never had to do so at other branches. I even got in touch with an operator and they said that they should be able to help me. Long story short even after what they were told by the operator I still was not served and told to come back at a later date. Will never be returning taking my business elsewhere and will be spreading the word about this event to everyone and anyone that will listen.

Been going there for all my needs for years and so far have no complaints what so ever ... happened a couple of times I needed to see a counsellor and they took me in few minutes later without any appointments. And the service alone is an easy five star .

Stay away from this branch if you can. The bank manager is narrow-minded, operates out of a box and has no inclination of how to deal with customers effectively so that both sides are satisfied (I won't provide her name but she's middle-aged, average height and weight with shoulder length dark blond hair). Typically, managers are promoted to such status because they've proven their understanding and practice of achieving company set standards and goals through encouraging and engaging a team effort while maintaining efficient, customer-centric service. NOT THIS MANAGER - she handles challenges with resentment and a personal lack of flair that demonstrate her logic is clearly that of a 12 year old! How she received a promotion is beyond me - must be NEPATISM!

Horrible customer service. Manager has a hard time with English. Was told to speak slowly to which I replied "Go take an English course, you are a manager at RBC" This branch like to do what is good for them, not you. Use your Visa and interest starts right away. Pay your Visa and it takes 2-3 business days for the transaction to go through. Disgraceful.

Terrible consulting. Absolutely no compassion, gave no helpful suggestions for someone seeking help. RBC is a good bank overall and I’ve had some great service, however, the consultant I had at this branch was terrible. I’ve never had someone who was as condescending as this lady. I would rather make the extra drive and see the consultant I used to see in my old sector. She was actually extremely helpful and cared a lot about helping people make healthier financial decisions. She helped make long term plans and cared about her clients.

J'arrive au Mexique une semaine plus tard en tout inclus le 27 janvier. Je vais faire du change pour payer les pourboires des serveurs et il refuse les billets de la banque royal. Je suis pas fumeur et cest indecent de la part de la banque de me donner des mauvais billets de banque. Aujourd'hui au comptoir de la banque de chateauguay la commis et la superviseur refuse de d'echanger leur propres billets. Je suis frauder de 60$. Je leur menace de vider mon compte bien garnis et il refuse quand même. Je leur dis je ne vais plus faire affaire avec cette succursale frauduleuse!

Trop lent pour faire de simple action cette banque!
