A great bank with fantastic employees. I normally use another bank but may switch!

Helpful and friendly staff who take the time to answer questions and solve problems. Convenient location with plenty of parking and even a drive-through banking machine (as well as two indoor machines). Free organic, fair trade coffee for customers (although the coffee may not always be fresh). A good spot to pick up a copy of the "Atlantic Co-operator" magazine, and to access full-service banking, from credit cards and mortgages to savings accounts and business loans. Metro Credit Union even offers a basic no-fee account for registered charities. Best of all, the enterprise is member-owned, so any profit is either used to improve service, fund community groups, or is returned to members as a dividend. This credit union does not speculate in schemes that lead to economic collapse and massive bail-outs!

I can't say enough about the staff. They go beyond the norms to help you. I just lost my stepmother and they did everything they could to help with her financial affairs. I am over the moon now that they are open Saturdays. I don't have to rush after work anymore.
