Very rude staff takes money then tries to blame law on no reliable leaving people high and dry stating policies that make no sense saying they can't Loan over 31 day then stating something about 62 day telling people what's your problem can't you wait a day then rudely ending convo getting ready to hang up shadiest company ever.!!!! TRY TO AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!

False advertising of decision within 2hours. Been waiting 24 and no answer. Called the office 3 times just to get told twice it's being worked on and once that the girl would get head office to call me right away. That's been an hour and still waiting. Not very good customer service????then I call the toll free number to be told that the lady I talked to will look into it and call me back in a couple minutes...almost an hour ago. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave more like -5 stars

I was a little embarrassed at first to get a payday loan, but venue made me feel very welcomed.The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially during these hard times. It was a pleasure doing business with them :)

Venue Financial is the worse place to get a loan. They used to be really friendly and professional, but ever since Marlene started working there, the place got bad. She is very rude and the most unhelpful person I ever encountered. She needs to take a course in customer service. And Tyler, all he knows how to be is Marlene's little puppet. I wish this company would hire better people. They used to. I suggest going elsewhere. Anywhere else is better than this place.

I think the young lady that helped me out was Vanessa? Great customer service, and very friendly. Sometimes we all need a little help and are ashamed to admit it, but the staff especially Vanessa made me feel very comfortable and made something a felt awkward doing an enjoyable experience. Will recommend to other people, and will be returning if I need too.

Great friendly staff. Offer Loan protection plan so incase something happens it's paid for which ain't offered anywhere else. There privately owned and would recommend to anyone that wants to be treated good when your going somewhere cause your in a tough spot. Also offered payment plan over a length of time when borrowed over 700 so would still have a paycheque and not be forced to reborrow.

Very unfortunate business. I would not suggest anyone goes here. They treat their staff and customers poorly and are not honest. There are many other payday loan company options and it makes me sad/angry that some people are stuck being customers here. Get out if you can. For your own reasons and because I don't wish for anyone to support this business. They need to be shut down.
