We were going through an awful ordeal with regards to our mortgage at a bank and he was able to help find a solution for us in a fast and friendly manner. Someone called today suggesting they were from Google but didn't ( refused) have my company details and that i had to sign on. Think it was a fraud attempt. Must be careful with what you provide. If they were legitimate, they would have been able to provide address, phone etc.
