I went in to the Money Mart in Cranbrook and I had Ann help me figure out how to get my Money Mart App registered. She also helped me get my Titanium card information changed and ordered a new card. As stressful and difficult as it was dealing with the titanium operator that we could barely understand she kept her cool and Was professional through it all. She was also very friendly and easy too talk to.

They work fine with you for about 2 months, and then boom massive screw over!! They have been stealing my fiance's money right out from under him. He goes in to pay and then 2 days later they take it from his account. Nothing but a joke and a bunch of theives! It's absolutely sickening. That's our rent money, our money for groceries so we can survive and they just steal it from us, EVEN AFTER PAYING THEM!!!

This company genuinely doesn’t care about their customers or associates, just money. They force CSR’s to push hundreds of products on customers in each transaction regardless of the relevance. On top of that you’re punished when you don’t say the robotic guided scripts given to you. The store may be convenient to customers but the way they pressure workers are inhumane.
