I have been going here since our shop got involved with the Credit Union back in the 1980's. It has moved to the parking lot where it is now. I miss the bank books and wish they still had them, but like every other place, wireless is the way everything is going. The Credit Union just recently underwent a major over haul. You see this with banks, Insurance Companies and other financial institutions. It is our money that they do this with and shows you the profit they are making. The interest rates that any financial institution pays their customers is beyond disgusting. The system is set up for the working man to keep working and never get ahead. The new reno's are modern but like most places, they have taken away about fifty percent of the wickets. I think they have two or three now whereas before they might have had four at the most. This place is never really that busy so they can likely justify this move. When I see companies of any kind spending money like politicians on redoing their financial institutions, I often wonder if it is money well spent. Some say they just want to freshen the place up. The service here is pretty good and I can only recall one lady that I see all the time. The staff seems to change a lot and I never if ever, see the same lady twice. They must be getting transferred to other locations? The location here is great, right on Hamburger Alley, aka, Hespeler Road. And today they build buildings in parking lots. Thats the new trend. I think the Cambridge Mall over estimated the parking lot when they built it. You no longer have to fill out a paper withdrawal slip which as you can guess, has gone wireless as well. I was looking for them on my last visit, Friday January the 13th 2016. Thats not a bad idea. I just wish the interest rates were higher so the customer could get a fair return on his money. I have a high interest account and the rate is pathetic. This happens everywhere, not just here. And, I would love to have the old bank book back, but that too has gone the way of the dinosaur. All in all, not a bad place. I don't visit here a lot, maybe five times a year but things seem fine when I am here. Just my opinions.Rick
