When the bank learned of the bad experience I had, they apologized and remedied the situation with excellent attention in my next appointment that I scheduled at Clarkson. The managers and advisors of the two branches were very understanding and I think that is what customer loyalty is all about. Thank you.

Opened a Business Account and the advisor made a mistake on some details which I noticed after. Been trying to get in touch for 3 weeks now and still no response. Contacting the branch or manager is impossible unless you go in person. Terrible service.
