I have started with Cashco Loans since January 2018 I’m pretty sure? I do sure make my trips down to the Branch location in Regina. I like dealing with the Sales Representatives there including the Manager! What makes it a lot better, they pull the loan amount of the bank accounts instead of coming down and pay the loan in person, don’t have to rush around if working late! That also when waiting and getting new loan it takes least 10 minuets but also pending if 15 minuets the max to wait. The point is this, if your looking for loan and need few extra dollars I like you go to Cashco Loans!!!!

I wish my review was the same as the other good ones but unfortunately it will not be. The workers at the regina branch are are always very rude to me expect for Brooke, she made my visit pleasant but as for the other ones its a big thumbs down for me. They're were and still not understanding to my situation, they made me feel less than them. When I called stating that I could only make $250 of my loan payment instead of the $350, they asked for bank statements and all other information that I was not comfortable sharing with them. The spoke rudely towards me and were not sincere at all, I know that is not there job but a little empathy would be nice. I only gave 2 stars because they're fast with the money transfers. All I can say is I won't be dealing with Cashco Financial after this loan is payed off.

Why not go to a place that treats you more than an account number, a bank that knows hard times can creep up from around the corner. there is no why's only why nots!

It may be a little slow to get everything setup within the cashco system if its your first visit, but after that it quick and simple!

Lady is great. Took one hour to get a man in front of me done. Maybe training them a bit longer to prevent longer wait times? Other than that, wonderful place.

Don't be fooled by their lies. My email enquiries have been ignored. *Get paid to spend (YES!)* Sound too good to be true? It is too good to be true. They say Whenever you spend with an Everyday Use Account, they'll pay you 25¢. This means you can earn up to $5 per month just for buying groceries or paying bills... They forgot to mention it's only paid out once a year. And you NEED to open a savings account to be eligible. I have been a client for over a year,I declined the overdraft because I assumed it would look better since my account would never be overdrawn. I finally decided to call after 11 months and let them know i haven't been paid the 5$/month. I was informed that it's only paid out once a year in December (which is fine), but was then told I didn't qualify because I needed to open a savings account.. I have a audio recording saved on my phone. Im mentally challenged. So Ive been taken advantage of in the past. I made it a habit to Audio record whenever i have important interactions (example: When I open any type of account. People will say anything to get people to open accounts if they recieve incentives for doing so). You can hear me question the branch employee about the chequing account. I told them I didn't want to open a savings account with them since I already have a savings account open. It doesn't look good when its shown on a credit report. You can hear them tell me that it was completely fine and I'd still recieve that offer. All in all I like banking with them, I just wish they weren't so confusing with their offers. I know I'm not the only one to go through this. I hope people will come forward after my story Is featured in the News.

Wonderful employees, quick in and out (given that you have a 30-120 day bank statement, I.d, and a working phone.), easy to pay back, and option to pay in store or have it taken directly out of your bank account.

DO NOT take a loan from them we borrowed money,(300) paid it back (,400 something) and now they won't stop taking it out of our account so frustrating,when you have other bills to pay we have contacted a lawyer and they also take huge amounts to more than we even had borrowed

If you absoltely have to use this place, avoid dealing with the middle aged blonde lady(desk closest to the front door). She is very rude and unprofessional. All the other ladies that work there are pleasant but the blonde one makes this place look bad.
