I've found it! The last true bank of the people! Friendly service..They will go out of there way to accommodate any of your needs. Never to long of a wait ,fare rates ..they even understand that it's your money...not there's!..I know hard to believe. Empty your accounts...throw it all on a bank draft and head on over to get the customer service you deserve.

Its a bank so can't give it five stars, but this location is such a comfortable layout with sit down cashiers for everyone and all the staff have been wonderful over the last couple years banking. Being on a one way street complicates entering the parking lot, oh well.

VERY slow for a Friday mid month when a lot of people get paid. I think the booth style is great for the customer but it's almost too comfortable and I noticed a lot of chatting going on between tellers and customers, particularly women with women. And definitely understaffed.

Really didn't have any problems here with this Branch until recently when the lady I called over the phone I was wanting to get a line of credit and ask a few questions and go from there and find out like what I can do or what would be the process she runs my credit check and everything without even fully consent or anything so not really proud how she just assumes and goes ahead and does stuff without even talking to the customer about what the details are on loans and such not impressed with this store or her

Nobody keeps track of any documentations here. They lost my dad's will, and won't give me the money he left for me until I get them a new one. Last time I came to give them the will, they wound up yelling at my grieving mother. It was a traumatizing experience. They can't even find my dad's account, even with the account number. Nobody should go here.

Was very disappointed today for the first time. I went to use their atm machine after hours and the machine never gave me my funds. It gave me a receipt showing my funds being released but the money didn't come out of the machine. Now I have to go in tomorrow and fill out forms to get my money. This is the first time I have ever had this issue with any bank. Thank god for cameras I guess.

Poor customer service, this branch has atleast 4 tellers every time I go there . They see a customer coming in And suddenly starts looking to their shoes lol . EDIT - seriously it happens again hate to go here. Edit 1 - If you want the laziest ones here you go Nona and Pierron
