Useless parking lot hoggers.

I've left at least a couple of messages for my account rep to call and at least one email, over the last 90 days or so. No effort has been made to respond by this bank. Their website is somewhat of a dinosaur. Even the credit unions have websites which are more functional.

New Staff+ New System(Staff say its new system but they upgraded few years back). What a mess. Felt the funds are not secure with the bank. Just started to move funds from this bank to other bank Be prepared to wait long as staff is still learning and takes a lot of time.

Horrible service. No one knows that they are doing. Charging a service fee to pay their credit card bill at their branch. Do not use CWB.

Been trying there phone for about 2 hours now.(12:pm to 2:00pm) for my girlfeind who's trying check her balance because they simply just can't help her get into the online banking.(which we have been trying to do for a 2 weeks now) all the help we've gotten is "try reinstalling your app". Come on.... An absolute joke of a support service.

I Went to open an account ( Saving and checking ) on 2nd Nov. 2017. They just opened checking account # 00630 030 *********437.They refused to open saving account. They refused to issue cheque book. They refused to issue Debit card for the reason that my credit score was not satisfactory. AS PER LAW THEY CAN NOT REFUSE DEBIT CARD, sAVINGS ACCOUNT AND CHEQUE BOOK EVEN TO A BANKRUPT PERSON. WHEREAS I AM NOT BANKRUPT

The security guard is so obnoxious. All he does is supervise a couple parking spots, and yells at the bank clients to move their car WHEN THEY HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT THEIR CAR!!! If you guys wanna cut costs AND improve customer satisfaction, I suggest letting him go. Security is a lot of common sense and it's clearly something he has NONE of.

As a client of several years at this bank, I had no issues at all until the arrival of Ali Bikhan. He started changing payment dates without my knowing, and then started charging fees because payments were not made on time. At the same time, he made it impossible to contact him about it. His boss, Alan helped a little, but Bikhan as usual ignored it. Finally I am happy to finish having any business with CWB but for months I couldn't get documentation about the completion of business loans. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. Would not recommend.

I had investments with this bank for more than 10 years and just deal with their manager, who is a super nice lady from whom I had always receive great customer service, just recently I open and account and I have to actually use the customer service area. I bank with other bank,that is always very busy, but by the time is your turn you are welcome with an smile and you keep banking with them, this branch I always wondering before why is always empty now I know, the girl that answer the phones. I had call 3 times first time I thought maybe she is having a bad day, but no every single time she talks to you like you are bothering her, I just been there 3 times to make deposits , the worse customer service that I had experience in a bank, seriously considering taking my business somewhere else.

Crazy parking lot attendant. We were trying to find a parking spot elsewhere as we were trying to get to the grocery store. But the attendant insistently waved us to park in a reserved spot. We were trying to get around her, but she repeatedly stood in front of us pointing us into the spot. So we obliged and were quickly accosted upon her insistence of where to park.

On December 28th around 10 am I was going to CWB bank and the grocery store beside it. I parked at the bank spot because I was a customer at both. The security guard opened his window and started yelling at me he couldn't understand what I was saying when I said I was going to both so I went into the bank first. After I had my documents I needed I was going to walk to the grocery store this man got out of his vehicle and started screaming aggressively at me I said I went to both. I moved my car because I was frightened for my safety because of him. I literally backed out of my stall and went one spot over. While on the phone with pwm he started pointing and laughing at me. Surprisingly the open spot was next to his. When I walked back his door was open and I could hardly get in. This security guard is dangerous to the public. The bank staff did give me the number to make a complaint but because hes representing your company as per his words I will be giving this poor review.k

We do all of our business banking through CWB and their service is great! As a result I have also switched my personal banking to CWB. I would highly recommend banking with them.

Best rates for any bank, hands down (excluding some online banks, no personal service either), never need to check around. No line-ups, they know you personally, friendly and helpful. We miss Tammy, come back! Only drawback is no one late night or weekend opening.
