I went in to get a pin error fixed to only have the lady mess it up even worse. My spouse and I are now coming in together to deal with this as they can't fix it correct the first time. NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Everyone has to change/reset there passwords every 6 months even if you know your current password. QUIT CHANGING THINGS THAT AREN'T BROKEN!!!!!

Wait times for deposits have been 3 days (no restrictions at my last bank up to 1000 deposits). They offer credit cards through collabria which is fine - but offers less control from your banking apps and they are not able to replace the cards in house. Poor banking hours. Most of the employees seem nice. This has been my first experience at a credit union and will likely be the last.
