It goes without saying , that struggling with financial difficulties can sometimes be humiliating as well as stressful! It's not always something you want to talk openly about... but you NEED to! And MNP, in particular Linda Paul, made talking openly about it, and coming up with a very reasonable, workable solution comfortable and easy. As we worked our way to agreements, my financial resolution with MNP brought immediate relief... to both my finances and my anxiety. There was no judgement, just sound solid advice and much professionalism. From the receptionists, the emails, the counselling sessions, to Linda's kind and gentle guidance, I was never made to feel "less than". Ever. I would highly recommend MNP to "anyone" NEEDING to restructure financially quickly, with compassion and guidance during difficult times.

MNP staff were wonderful. i was so scared and worried, but they were helpful and kind. After my consumer proposal i attended the classes if thats the right words, and when i had completed those appointments the woman scared me all over again because she said that my bank might not renew my mortgage because i had done the proposal and told me to open several new bank accounts just in case i needed to shop for a new mortgage at a different bank. Eeeek! but i spoke to the woman who had done my proposal and she said that that rarely happens and indeed my original mortgage broker was fine with renewing.

I'm doing this public review only because I can do so firmly, lifting my head up again after a long struggle! A mental health crisis brought my world to a standstill - I lost my stability, my job, my house, my marriage, and my beloved animals. I was put onto a disability income and my credit rating was destroyed. Linda took on my messy case - even though there was not a high margin of profit for MNP - because she wanted to help me be able to move forward in my life once again. The calls from the collection agency were difficult, having to explain very personal information so they understood not to call again. Then they'd sell the account and I'd get a call from another agency and explain it all over again, only to have them sell the account. Rinse and repeat. It can be very difficult stepping away from one's past in order to heal - Linda was there to help break one last piece off for me to make the whole journey more manageable! Thank you Linda Paul and thank you MNP! Time has passed and life is amazing again ????
