I switched all my banking to BMO recently and the staff at this location made it super easy. Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I used to dread having to go into the bank but this BMO location makes it a lot less painful.

Switched from Tangerine to BMO. A few minor set backs at the beginning but corrected very quickly. Always EXCELLENT service at my branch. Highly recommend them.

Worst branch i have ever been because they make promises to people they are not suppose to and then never call back or update. Their is a old lady over their I dont remember her name but behavior of her really not acceptable they way she treated or talk to me. Just because of this branch i am closing my accounts with BMO my personal and business accounts.

Love BMO being an Airmiles collector but this branch sux, the line ups are so long and slowwww, usually only 2 Tellers on with only 3 Teller total. I use the ATM there.

Spent 2 hours at the branch trying to get a Mastercard PIN reset. Staff and management seem to be unaware of Mastercard procedures and are put on hold for long periods (same as when I try to call) when trying to contact the service centre. Left without a PIN and still unsure of how to obtain one without returning to the branch ATM. I am told repeatedly through Mastercard help messages that PIN selection can be completed online but I do not see the option.

Never miss a single bill payment otherwise next thing you know they take 200$ due to late fees in one month and get rude acting like they can't help you. Thanks for this after 8 years of business. Wouldn't recommend.

I'm so made . Bank machines are 24/7 I'm now told only 10 am till 6pm.. This is bull. I have for the last 10years gone to town at 8am. Do my banking then did the rest back home by 9:30-10 am. Now I have to start my day then. Get in a line. When it was 43c there was no shade for the Sensors. What kind of bank are you running here in Salmon Arm B.C. ..

Alarmingly disgusting the tellers are into them self's not what the customer wants but what they want. They want to tell you what not do what what you want ,further more they insult your intelligence by treating you like are in kindergarten . And when you complain they keep treating you the same. They only interested in socializing not banking.

Very poor communication. Phone system is very frustrating. And now missing paper work. I could go on. But enough said. I say shop around for a financial institute. Look for one that is a team player with your investments.

We have found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times have improved significantly and we are always greeted with a smile! Free local parking is only a short stroll away.

Words cannot describe how incompetent the half wits that operate this branch are. I took out a student loan through the bank and it's been screwed up in every way. There has been no communication from them except from the telemarketing division. All this for outrageous banking costs. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I recently moved to Ontario and currently living in Brantford with family. My stepdad is a client with BMO and he recommended a Client advisor, in which I have emailed numerous times and only got a response back when I filed a complaint with BMO. Definitely not impressed with the services I have been receiving from BMO in Brantford on Henry St.

I sometimes wonder if writing a review like this will solve anything. Is this BMO branch really going to get their s*it together because of all these negative reviews.....I doubt it. But I do have to concur with everyone else. The line ups are so long. Sometimes as many as 10 people and there is only 1 teller on. They obviously don't value our time. Common BMO lets hire some more staff!

I was too infuriated to write details of my visit to the branch last Saturday. Now I am calmed down and refrain from insensitive comments. I drove all the way from Blind Bay to Salmon Arm BC to make a deposit. There are NO BMO branches around this area. They are very, very far apart. When I got to that branch, after a 35 minute highway drive, and, bad enough that a bank is closed on Saturdays when so many others are open (which is very poor in itself), to my "dismay" I also found out that their ATM is closed from 10 PM to 6 AM for some lame reason "AND" also on weekends. Because the doors will not open in any way in the middle of the day. Noon on Saturday??? What a waste of my day and all that gasoline for nothing. And then spent the weekend on pins and needles hopping many of my AMP's would not bounce. ICBC takes big exception to that too. Another example of a bank working for it's convenience and not that of their customers. The branch manager for this branch should be called to task for this enormous sign of incompetence. Very disappointed.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. WE moved our accounts to RBC where they have 4 or 5 tellers on at a time. There is only ever 1 teller at BMO and huge lineups. I have been there a number of times to do a few things (Unfortunately we still our investments with Investoreline) and have left as I do not have 30 - 45 minutes to wait to have a few simple things done. They do not value their clients at all!

Had an unexpectedly wonderful experience with at the BMO in Salmon Arm. The customer service representative not only helped with my banking and financial needs but also offered some very wise and timely life advice! She was an absolute gem and definitely deserves a raise and/ or promotion:)

Horrible hours due to "covid" but really it's to make more money as they know the same amount of ppl will come in a shorter time and they can pay the employees less hours while inconveniencing us. Will be switching this useless bank

If I could I would give negative. This is the worst bank in Salmon Arm. If you are a student I highly recommend you go somewhere else because as a student I've had nothing but problems. I have switched banks and had more problems with them while trying to leave. They do not fully explain things and have no knowledge at all. Very unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. Only 1 teller most days, 1 Atm, rarely any parking.

I had a checking and a credit card with BMO, which was holding 500 from me. I couldn’t use the 500, and spend 4-5 travels to branches, many phone calls, including one 3 hours and 32 minutes, in order to ask them to release 500, and close the account. The result is, they creates a lot of difficulty for me to close the account, and they held the 500 and keep deducting 10.95 monthly fee every month I couldn’t use the account. I couldn’t close it. And couldn’t use the money, I had to pay the monthly fee every month. It’s like robber. And I had to make so many phone calls, to the branches and the credit card I had to travel so many times, to close the account to get some of of my money back, not all. I had 320 left from the 500, which they were holding and deducting but I couldn’t use or get back. Almost 4 hours’ phone call, and didn’t work at all. I literally took a picture of that call. I was so angry.
