If I could give no stars I would. I required a copy of my ROE due to an illness which my physician had forced me to take time off work, and BDO dragged their heels in providing this to me. Upon each request for them to prepare and submit this document, I waited for 2-4 days before calling BDO to see if the request had been fulfilled. I was told it was being worked on and that I would get a call back. This never happened and I had to call every few days to try and get an update. BDO had enough time to prepare the ROE and submit it to Service Canada, but they still didn't seem to have any urgency in completing this process. From start to finish, it took them over 3 weeks to finalize my ROE. The sad part of it all, is that I don't want to be off work but am forced due to health concerns. BDO was well aware of this, and it wasn't until I informed them that Service Canada has a breakdown of every attempt and phone call including names/dates/times per each that they finally decided to submit my paperwork. We are approaching the Christmas holidays and BDO really didn't seem overly concerned that it is due to their lack of care that my livelihood is in limbo. Thanks for nothing and not caring BDO. I'll be sure to share this experience with as many potential new customers that are thinking about using your services that I can!
