Always friendly! My very first time there I was so anxious because it’s scary and kinda embarrassing asking for a payday advance. I walked in and I didn’t feel judged at all. It was kinda nice actually! Once you start speaking to the employees there you realize they aren’t judging you and will casually chat with you through the process.

normally this is a good friendly place to go for loans how ever this time i had a very bad experience with the new worker there i tried to get a loan she refused cause i cancelled my phone i offered an alternative number they refused saying it had to be a phone i own or they cant do it cause they have to be able to contact me at any given time wth that mean i borrow so i have to be their biatch i dont think so i never had this issue ever i been a customer over 5 years but today they screwed me over for all my bills and i will be forced to live on the streets because of them thanks allot problem was fixed in the end but the hassle was uncalled for

Good place to get some extra money for a while if you have the funds to pay it back not so good if you don't. Other than that I would recommend using it but only if you have to so other people can use it. As I like how you don't have to pay till your next pay check and usually that's when I use it is when I'm low on funds and need that little extra till my next paycheck .

I disagree. Two years ago. It was easy like the ad said. Paid it off in full and then my loan closed on its own because of time frame. James from cash money in Chatham was a total @#$ to me told me that I need two things from the bank in order to borrow. And it had to be the same day. Absolutely of outrageous will never deal with them again after I made good report with them.

Don't deal with nicole, grumpy and not very nice to customers. She needs to have a customer service review. Well we had nicole again, seems she was in a little better mood but we didn't leave space for her to be able to get uppity about anything. We had all the paperwork she'd ask for ready before she asked. Still kinda sad that you need to grit your teeth and hope that a customer service rep will actually offer good customer service.

Worst business and customer service ever. Thought I may need a small payday loan of $200 as I had Dental surgery and spent $2200 plus another $1050 for rent. I got paid Thursday and would have required the loan on Wednesday to make it all work. I applied on Tuesday online never heard back. Next day rolls around my bank statement wasn't good enough needed a better one, fine no problem. Sent another more detailed one, proof of work paydays etc. So I FAX all the info as they say you'll hear from them in an hour NOPE, NOTHING AT ALL. They then closed for the day, meanwhile 5 hours past. Then 3am get an email I didn't get the payday loan online, but can go into their office and try there. Really, I wasted 2 days for nothing. In the end I made it all work and never needed a small loan I would have paid back in under 20 hours. Cash money sucks and would never use them or recommend them. Like their jingle Avoid cash money, we take all your personal info and give you nothing YAH. ????????

I went to Cash Money for the first time just before Christmas 2019. Let's just say it had been a Year. I was greeted by the lovely Shannon and she put me at ease with the whole process straight away. She explained everything to a "T". I was experiencing technical difficulties with my phone trying to find bank information, and Kashin stepped in to help me out. He was so kind and tech-savvy (I am not!) Between them both, they had me out of there in about 5 minutes, paperwork and all. You are both a credit to your company! Thank you for helping me in my time of need, and treating me with such dignity and respect. You two really took the sting out of the proccess.

A couple of times in the past several months my husband and I found ourselves in the position of needing to borrow money before our regular pension cheques arrived into our bank account. We saw the advertisement for "Cash Money" on the roadside and decided to give it a try. We were greeted with a lovely, pleasant lady who quickly and without judgement, made the arrangements and we walked out with the cash we needed within about 5 minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with "Cash Money" and we were pleasantly surprised to discover the interest is less than credit card or bank interest. Should we require a short term loan in the future, we would certainly consider returning to "Cash Money".

Their administration is a mess and they can't keep track of the money going in and out of your account. This place has caused me so much undeserved stress, I have placed a complaint with the CCFA. I have had unauthorized money taken from my account multiple times and their customer service takes a week to do nothing about it. Save yourself the stress and hidden fees and just walk another 30 seconds down North Front Street, no matter which way you go you'll encounter a payday loan business that can actually do math.
