Its awesome that when the ATM goes down, so does the one on Bayfield, leaving me with absolutely no options in this city to make an emergency deposit until you open back up 15.5 hrs later.

I bank here and the traditional old school banking hours don't bother me. If you're still going to your bank all the time in 2018 you should probably try using a computer or an app on your phone. When I do have to go in the bank, there's never a line and I'm finished quickly.

I opened a business account on your website and I got a email from national bank stating they would not open me an account due to lack of information mean while your advisor was suppose to contact me and I should have been able to just email him the required documents or drop it off. Instead I was denied and told national bank did not want to do business with me. Under what grounds? Who gets denied a business account. I believe your bank needs a management reconstruction because your current banking is not working.

ATM rejected my debit card even though they are supposed to be part of the Exchange network for credit unions. Went to my home branch and they said the card was OK. It worked at my home branch but not here.

Do not get a Mortgage with this bank! we made the mistake of getting a Mortgage with them and it has been a living nightmare. Every step of the way there was mistakes made ... complete incompetence and the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. It has got to the point that we are going to pay a $17000 penalty just to get away from them.
