Swapped my skiis too half way through holiday and nothing was too much trouble! Discounts are available - check your hotel for a discount card. Affordable, conveniently located ski/snowboard rental shop This is "THE" spot to rent your equipment. They are friendly, courteous and help with your fittings. I highly recommend them. The prices are very reasonable. I would say inexpensive compared to renting on the slopes. I used them for renting gear for my wife and waxing my skis. They are very helpful in ensuring that my wife had a comfortably fitted boot. They also provided additional discounts which were not available when we reserved online. Tips - They also deliver/pickup your skis to/from your lodge. We relied on this service a bit and were really happy. You can trust them with your expensive gear and they handle it with care

These guys are absolutely awesome! Great price for a full day electric bike rental and extremely convenient location. The guy who rented us our bikes gave a fantastic recommendation to ride around the golf course. Initially we thought that sounded pretty lame but we had the time and energy after circling Lake Minnewanka so we went for it. It ended up being the highlight of the day! We even got to watch a dozen or so elk wandering around the paths and grazing on grass (including a rutting bull elk - yes we kept our distance). They let us switch out our bikes half way through the day to make sure we didn't run out of battery power! All around great service and experience.

All I can say is that this shop is amazing! I got a full tune for $55 ($42 US with exchange on my card) and it is hands down the best tune I’ve ever gotten. My board was beat to hell and it looks brand new. Even the tiniest of scratches and dings were patched. To top it off, we dropped out boards off at 3pm on New Years Eve and then were delivered to our hotel at no extra charge between 10pm and 2am the same night! On. New. Years. Eve. Amazing value, amazing work and great service. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Lors de notre séjour à Banff en décembre 2021, nous avons utilisé leur service de location pour des crampons pour de la randonnée et des patins à glace pour aller au Lac Louise. Les deux fois, nous avons eu des employés serviables, connaissants, souriants et accueillants. Ils savent s'adapter à leurs clients. Ils vont gentiment vous montrer comment fonctionne l'équipement (ce que j'ai vu auprès d'autres clients lorsque j'ai retourné le mien), ou encore vous laisser aller s'ils voient que vous connaissez bien ce que vous faites. La boutique est bien située de façon centrale sur l'avenue Banff.. La partie location est à l'arrière et regorge d'une quantité d'équipement assez incroyable. Les prix sont compétitifs. Bref, c'est un endroit que je vous recommande vivement!

Was at the store on April 5th, 2021 to pick up rental skis and snowboard. I had reserved the equipment via their booking site on March 29th, 2021. As soon as I got to the store to pick up the gear I was told by their only employee that all orders were cancelled due to their entire staff contracting COVID-19. The one guy onsite was the only one who didn't have to self-isolate and orders from upper management was that the store was only open to "collect previously rented equipment". (strangely enough I saw the employee trying to sell gear to a few customers in the store right before I entered the premises) We were going skiing the next day and were taken by surprise when they told us that we couldn't rent the equipment and that our reservation had been cancelled. I simpatize with retail employees as they are at risk of contracting COVID-19, but I don't agree with the way that the company dealt with the imminent cancellation of all reservations. They should have contacted us with at least 24 hours to let us know that the reservation had been cancelled. The lack of management in dealing with their internal crisis literally cost us money as we had to run to another store in the region and rent equipment for twice the price. If management is reading this, please, let your customers know beforehand if something is changing in their reservations. For all other current and future customers of this store, I strongly recommend you calling them a day before to confirm that everything is ok, so you won't have to rush with your kids across town looking for last minute gear rentals. Verbal apologies won't recoup the extra $200 I had to spend at the competitor store.

I recently rented a bike and child trailer from this place. They do not do any sort of reservations, so it is a first come first served. That might be an issue if you like to be certain you get the equipment you need to suit your plans. That being said, the bike was in excellent conditions, and so did the chariot. The customer service was excellent both at pick-up and return. An added bonus is the hours: 9 am to 8 pm! Great if you need to be in the saddle a little bit longer than most of the other stores allow for.

We came in here to rent some snowboard equipment as our bags had been delayed arriving in to Calgary. The guys in the store couldn't have been more helpful. We were not sure how long we would need the gear for as our bags might turn up at any point, that wasn't a problem the store staff were happy to refund any time that we didn't use. They had a great selection of boards (even offering my wife the same board that we had lost in transit). Delivery of equipment to our hotel was no problem and they offered free ski hire for my young son whilst we rented the adult equipment. Friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere in the place. It even smelled like a spa which made it feel all the nicer. Apparently its from the store next door, but I don't think anyone complains. Thank you guys for sorting us out.

Best place to rent Ski/Snowboards in town. Good prices and extremely nice customer service. They take time to find the right fit and don't care if they have to run up- and downstairs several times to find the right boot for you. They save your information in case you rent there several times. Loved that you can just give them a call if you want to keep everything 1-2 days longer and pay when you return the gear. And you can also return everything the next morning and they have helmets for rental.

Called the night before to book a rental to be told its first come first serve, not a problem. Drove almost 2 hours from Calgary to find out you need a major credit card for a bike rental, nothing said before on the phone. The bike rental in canmore has rented without a credit card several times and will keep me as a customer!

They even let us come in and swap my daughters bike because she wasn't comfortable with the one we originally rented. The prices are super reasonable and we had the best time.
