Wait lines are normally really long and not enough staff to cover. One of the lady's pretty sure her name is kim, very rude everytime I've gone there. Never going to this location again.
After banking with TD for 20 years I am switching to RBC. The branch manager here is an absolute joke. Or should I say branch managers? I've spoken to 3 of them apparently, but we all know that is not correct. They don't have 3 branch managers. They're using illegal business practices, messing with my account without my permission, as well breaching my identity as per their "apparent" policy. Oh, and they also allowed another customer to harrass me while I was at the teller. I got so annoyed I turned around and told him to shut up and mind his own business. TD Bank them proceeded to kick me out without giving me anything I asked for. RBC has been able to work through my problems after just only opening up an account, but after banking with TD for 20 years they were unable to do the exact same thing for me. Skip wasting your time with this joke and go to literally any other bank because this one is not worth it!!! ????
Don't waste your time with this bank! 90% of their staff cannot complete or even comprehend the task you will ask them to do unless it's something you can easily do yourself online. Anytime they grab a manager or supervisor it ends up being more of a headache then anything else. I will be looking at changing banks ASAP because now I have just given up because I'm so fed up with TD!!!
I've been with TD since I was 18 yrs old and yesterday I went to the bank they made us wait outside with it was cold and snowing and security guard there is cold hearted doesn't care ppl waiting outside in the cold.
Booked an appointment to open a joint account about a week and a half in advance. Planned our morning around this appointment and the associate ended up being sick for the day but no one called us in advance to let us know and they had no associates available to help us. It just would’ve been nice to receive a call beforehand.

I never experienced like this waiting long time but they only have 2 staff in lovely busy saturday even one give training to anther. TD has to consider that they have improve their customers services rather than we spend our values time here in just waiting
Generally, every staff is very friendly and professional here and particularly Mayilene always goes above and beyond. She is the reason that I changed my bank from Scotiabank to TD Bank and since then she has treated me very well even though I am just one of many regular customers. When I still had a bank account at Scotiabank and sent documents to both TD Bank and Scotiabank, Scotiabank asked me what the documents were even though I explained in my email, but she read the documents and said she could sign the documents. The latest big incident was that I sent a secure email from my on-line bank account to TD customer service to correct one document that was related to tax and I got a reply that TD customer service was unable to do this over the secure email and did not understand why TD customer could do this over secure email... I was told to contact TD Customer service. When I called TD customer service, I did not think that the person who picked up my phone call understood about the document because this was a very rare document, so I asked her if I could talk with her manager or supervisor. I did not blame her at all and appreciated that I could talk with her manager or supervisor. Her manager was always polite, but I did not feel that he understood and just repeatedly said he could not correct the document for some reason… Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all because he repeatedly said no and did not investigate at all in my impression. I truly did not feel that he understood the document and he was not willing to help me. For me, to contact TD customer service by secure email and phone call was a waste of my time half of the time in my experiences and the best is to contact a person whom I know in local brunch. I asked Mayliene to correct the document by email and she replied immediately that she could do that and needed a little bit of time. She has been very reachable and has always been the person who can make it happen. She has been a very professional to solve any problem and I always appreciate her dedication and professionalism. She has been helping me many other things and I truly feel lucky that she works for my local brunch.

This is my 'go to' branch always - great staff, always very very helpful. I never have to wait in line long ( I am business customer as well as personal banking)
Had absolutely awesome experience! I was late with my credit card payment so my card was blocked. Lorraine took a payment from me and called visa for me and they said it will be unblocked right away. When I had a problem 2 days later, I've returned to td and Mandy and Lorraine assisted me once again. Since I had a bad experience with visa, I was given $25 gift card to the Canadian Tire. This is the most friendly bank I've ever been to. They are patient, understanding and always chatty. For the first time...it is a pleasure to pay my bills.
We went to the bank today to exchange money from American to Canadian. They told me because I have a US account they cannot help me. It's funny we got money from another TD bank the other day. Went to another bank today and no problems.
Please sanitize the inside of your store Monday morning. As homeless people were camping out inside and coughing up a storm. Not joking here. Wish there was a simple way to leave this message to the branch. But there was not.
Uncooperative. Unreachable. I recently moved to the area. I've been a customer for many years with TD/TD Waterhouse. I rarely visit branches but had to the other day. I needed some help and had a simple request. I needed a statement printed out with my new address. I was told that could not be done at the front desk. I asked for someone who could help - I was told ñobody could. It couldn't be done. I left and decided to call the manager not believing a statement could not be printed. As indicated by others - nobody answers the phone. I left a message to speak to the manage and my coordinates. The voice server indicated I would be called back in an hour. That was five days ago. My experience is that this branch offers terrible service and can be very uncooperatve. I will happily drive another 5 minutes to avoid them.
Great staff. Been going to this branch for the past 5 years and have always received excellent service and help. Always kind and welcoming staff.

You will always wait a long time at this branch and when you finally get to the front, get sent to another line. It's lovely that the tellers like to chat with clients and each other, but very frustrating when waiting 10 mins in your second line because two tellers are chatting about how they slept in. Lastly, don't do wire transfers at this branch. They are not trained to do it, take a really long time and invariably make mistakes that result in extra visits back to the branch and money in wiring fees.

Worst experience I've had at a bank in my entire life. Came in to get a new access card for our business and reset pins on my visa's. The manager Joanne or Joanna came out to ask verification question after we were pin verified and presented valid ID. She talked down to us like we were stupid. When we asked her why she was talking down to us she the rolled her eyes and continued to talk down to us with a disrespectful tone. Obviously frustrated; we confronted her behavior. She got ruder and more defensive and asked us to leave. We will be moving our banking elsewhere.

Friendly, fast, local branch, safe , effecient and easy to navigate online and banking app. Cant really bury your riches under the deck in the backyard or in the deep freeze anymore. Bank there you'll be taken care of. Just bring ID.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank and it was all thanks to the branch manager. TD in general is a great institution but this specific branch manager is bringing the image of the bank down drastically. Something needs to be changed at this branch. I visited the branch to complete a wire transfer but instead ended up leaving in emotional distress and tears. This branch manager treated me like I was a disobedient child. She also specifically said that my banking problems are not her issue in the most belittling tone. I was publicly humiliated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner even though I was being so polite and kind. I really needed to complete this wire transfer as it was a business transaction which was crucially important.. she refused to complete it for me without any good reasoning. As a high volume business client of td for 10+ years I expect my basic banking needs to be attended to without losing sleep overnight about what happened.. the only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because Google won’t let me give a 0 star. She threatened to close my account with no reason at all unless I left the premises immediately.. which was very freighting for me. And side note, I also went to another branch the next morning and completed the needed wire transfer seamlessly which was amazing. In short, this specific branch manager needs to be dealt with accordingly. I’m so close to going to the media with this story but hopefully TD can handle this in a professional manner instead as I’ve seen/heard other complaints about the branch manager at this location as well.
I am a TD bank customer over twenty years. I was in TD bank branch in Barrie Ontario on Bay field st. I have no idea why is the branch open lousy customer service. The kid behind a counter has no idea regarding banking business. How ever I think it is time move my account to different bank. They don't deserve mu business.

I understand why people are social distancing and all that but I don’t like being treated like a criminal when I come into the bank. The questions and attitude of the one at the front is disgusting. Do you honestly think someone waiting for 30min outside will answer yes to any of your questions? The tellers are always lovely though:)
I've been a loyal TD customer for well over 25 years. I have multiple accounts with sufficient balances, RESP, LOC, you name it. I went in today to cancel my CC temporarily as it was STOLEN. The customer service rep was great, but she couldn't help with this process, had to call in a manager. What an absolute joke. I was talked to like I was 3 years old, belittled ("your wife probably helps pay the bills too") and to top it off....she wouldn't even lock the card. "USE THE APP" FFS. I am scrambling before work as my CC and debut card were stolen. Trying to freeze my cards and in the end - 5 hours later - the grand conclusion - my card is still active. To top it off i've been treated like a POS. Oh, also worth noting, this branch does not answer their phone or return phone calls. Switching my services elsewhere.

Very bad experience with the business teller. She knew what she was doing but very unpleasant. No "please sign", "you can keep this", just short commands: "sign", "keep". I am giving 3 stars just because normally the service is much better.

Was doing wire transfers on Tuesday, Mandy helped me with that, she was really friendly and careful with all the details, I received my money safety on my bank account today! It was not the first time I visited, I had a good experience there, and they are so patient with the people like me not speaking fluent English!
