Rob McIntyre is a true scumbag. He left my company and 8-10 others in the Banff/Canmore area hanging. He was to file a few years taxes for me and moved to Vancouver and dropped everyone without warning. I asked him for all my files back and that did not happen. I had to rebuild everything from scratch and hence was way late on tax submissions. I am facing penalties now of close to 15k because of Rob. This guy is low.

I've been taking my taxes to Bob for 5 years now and I'm always impressed by the level of professionalism and their quick turnarounds. I'm now living in Vancouver and I will take my taxes to no one else but Bob. I highly recommend this place especially if you are in the Banff Area.
